Automated warehouse unit, automated warehouse equipment and transfer unit
An automated warehouse unit includes two rows of fixed conveyors conveying the storage target object in a first direction, a receiving-side transfer unit provided on one end portion side of the two rows and extending in a second direction, and a shipping-side transfer unit provided on the other end portion side of the two rows and extending in the second direction. Each transfer unit includes a moving device configured to reciprocally move a moving body in the second direction between a position facing one fixed conveyor in the fixed conveyors and a position facing the other fixed conveyor in the fixed conveyors, and a transportation conveyor supported by the moving body and configured to transfer the storage target object to the two rows in the first direction.
Robotic kitting system
A kitting system is disclosed. In various embodiments, the kitting system includes a conveyance structure configured to impart to an item a first net resultant force substantially in a first direction, wherein the first direction is associated with a direction of flow from a source end of the conveyance structure to a destination end opposite the source end and associated with a pick-up zone from which the item is to be retrieved; a sensor configured to provide a sensor output associated with the pick-up zone; and a processor configured to provide a control input to one or both of the conveyance structure and a disrupter device associated with the conveyance structure based at least in part on the sensor output.
Linear motor conveyor system with alternate drive
A linear motor conveyor system with alternate drive. The system includes: at least one linear motor track section; at least one alternate drive track section having the same configuration as the linear motor track section but incorporating an alternate drive mechanism; a plurality of moving elements configured to move along the linear motor track section and alternate drive track section; and a control system for controlling the moving elements to move on the linear motor track section and the alternative drive track section. The alternate drive track section may include: a belt drive including a belt, a belt drive motor and a friction element on the moving element to engage with the belt such that movement of the belt causes the moving element to move along the track section due to friction. The alternate drive track section may alternatively include a simplified linear motor track section.
Battery module transfer jig
Discussed is a battery module transfer jig including a base plate having mounted thereto a transfer roller configured to transfer a battery module in a horizontal direction, a plurality of guide rollers disposed at outer peripheries of opposite sides of the base plate, a winch on the base plate and configured to be coupled to the battery module that is loaded in a battery module rack, the winch further being configured to separate the battery module from the battery module rack, and a mounting unit coupled to a lower part of the base plate, wherein the battery module may be easily and safely separated from the battery module rack, whereby it is possible to improve work safety.
