The present invention relates to a deposition head provided with an assemblage comprising a of impregnated fibers arranged against a backing tape. The deposition head includes a slide and a movement actuator connected to the slide to move the slide in translation from a high position to a low position, said slide carrying a peeling roller, said backing tape extending over a circular arc against the peeling roller, said low position being configured so that said peeling roller presses said tape of impregnated fibers against a deposition surface only in the low position of the slide, said circular arc occupying a first angle in the low position of the slide and a second angle in the high position of the slide, said first angle being greater than said second angle.

A roller is biased toward the stretch wrap roll to ensure an even flow of stretch film from the roll and more consistent tension on the film dispensed from the roll. The roller includes a groove. A cutting member is disposed to rest in the groove such that stretch film passes over and around the roller as it is dispensed from the roll and then engages the cutting member in the grove before the stretch film separates from the roller.

In one embodiment, the method requires a microwavable cooking sheet to be provided, wherein the microwavable cooking sheet is comprised of a single layer of a primary material that is non-plastic and wherein the primary material has a weight of between 18 pounds per 3000 square feet and 60 pounds per 3000 square feet. The microwavable cooking sheet may be wetted and then wrapped completely around food to be cooked in a microwave. The food is cooked in the microwave with the wet microwavable cooking sheet wrapped around the food, such that a pressure increase of at least 3/16.sup.th of an inch of H.sub.2O is built-up within the microwavable cooking sheet.
