Paper conveying mechanism for printing apparatus
A paper conveying mechanism includes an elastic urging member provided on each side surface of an upper guide. The urging member includes a projecting portion that projects toward a side guide forming each end of a paper conveying path. An outer width of the upper guide inclusive of the projecting portion is greater than an inner width of the side guides. When a printer cover is closed, the upper guide is urged by the urging member substantially to the center of the inner width of the side guides, thereby producing gaps of substantially equal size on both sides of the upper guide in the paper width direction.

Stretch film and method of fabrication therefor
A method for producing a roll of stretch film comprises the steps of passing a stretch film web over a first roller, and winding the stretch film web around a second roller against the first roller, where the first roller has a surface for enabling the introduction of air into the wound stretch film web.
PILLOW NAPKIN DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A dispenser for pillow napkins is provided that includes a carton having a bottom panel, opposite left and right panels extending vertically from the bottom panel, opposite front and back panels positioned between the left and right panels and extending vertically from the bottom panel, and a top panel extending parallel to the bottom panel. Left and right supports are positioned within a cavity of the carton. A plurality of pillow napkins are wound about a spool. The spool is positioned in the cavity such that the spool rotatably engages the left and right supports and the pillow napkins are spaced apart from the top and bottom panels. Methods of use are provided.

Geotextile rolling apparatus
A geotextile rolling and collecting apparatus includes a mounting plate, a pair of outer lower forks arranged laterally, a pair of outer upper forks, at least one linear actuator, at least one lower feed drum, at least one upper feed drum, and at least one first drive motor. The first drive motor is coupled to rotate the lower feed drum on a first horizontal axis and to counter-rotate the upper feed drum on a second horizontal axis. With the geotextile rolling and collecting apparatus in a collecting position, a geotextile liner grasped between the feed drums is fed by counter-rotation of the upper feed drum and the lower feed drum into a collecting volume behind the upper feed drum and the lower feed drum and between the upper forks and the lower forks to form at least one geotextile liner roll in the collecting volume.

TRANSPORT APPARATUS, AND A PRINTING APPARATUS HAVING SAME
An upstream drive roller transports an elongate medium. An upstream tension sensor detects tension of the medium. A downstream drive roller transports the medium. A downstream tension sensor detects tension of the medium in a position between the upstream and downstream drive rollers. A control unit controls transportation of the medium by operating the upstream drive roller based on a first difference which is a difference between a first detection value and a target value, operating the downstream drive roller based on a second difference which is a difference between a second detection value and a target value, and when a specific condition is satisfied, further operating the downstream driver roller with an adjustment value, which is based on the first difference, added to the second difference.
