WIRE ELECTRODE SUPPLY APPARATUS AND WIRE ELECTRODE SUPPLY METHOD
The present invention provides a wire electrode supply apparatus for suppressing wire electrode driving vibration for wire electrodes having a wide range of diameters and formed of various materials, thereby improving processed surface roughness. The wire electrode supply apparatus includes a back tension adjustment unit that adjusts a back tension of the wire electrode drawn from a source bobbin, a tension applying unit, and a constant pressure ejecting unit that ejects the wire electrode with constant pressure and rate after the transference via the tension applying unit and an electrical discharge machining unit. The tension applying unit includes a low tension applying unit that applies a tension to the wire electrode, and a high tension applying unit that can supply a higher tension. After the high tension applying unit supplies a tension, the low tension applying unit supplies a tension. Otherwise, only the low tension applying unit supplies a tension.
PAPER CONVEYANCE MECHANISM
The invention provides a paper conveyance mechanism capable of curl correction of paper drawn out from roll paper according to the intensity of curl. The paper conveyance mechanism comprises an ironing part for correcting paper curl which is brought into contact with an outer surface of the paper, a pressing part which presses the paper from one side to bend the paper at the ironing part, and an arm engaged with an outer circumferential surface of the roll paper to be operated according to a change in a roll diameter. An upstream-side pressing part is moved from the one side toward the other side in association with an operation of the arm during at least part of a period of the operation of the arm to reduce an ironing angle formed in the paper bent at the ironing part according to a decrease in the roll diameter.
Pillow napkin dispensing system and method
A dispenser for pillow napkins is provided that includes a carton having a bottom panel, opposite left and right panels extending vertically from the bottom panel, opposite front and back panels positioned between the left and right panels and extending vertically from the bottom panel, and a top panel extending parallel to the bottom panel. Left and right supports are positioned within a cavity of the carton. A plurality of pillow napkins are wound about a spool. The spool is positioned in the cavity such that the spool rotatably engages the left and right supports and the pillow napkins are spaced apart from the top and bottom panels. Methods of use are provided.
Wrinkle smoothing method for a composite body of a continuous sheet related to absorbent articles
A wrinkle smoothing device for a composite body of a continuous sheet related to an absorbent article includes a first belt that moves along a first travel path while retaining the central portion of the continuous sheet, and second and third belts that move along second and third travel paths while retaining side portions of the continuous sheet. The second and third travel path are inclined from the first travel path such that a downstream side is more spaced apart from the first travel path than an upstream side. The second and third belts retain side portions of the continuous sheet while relatively sliding in the width direction of the continuous sheet.

Media loading devices
According to an example, a media loading device may comprise a motor and a leading-edge sensor. The motor may rotate a media roll having a leading-edge in a winding direction and unwinding direction, the motor being controlled by a processor. The leading-edge sensor may comprise a pivot arm and a detecting element. The pivot arm may contact the media roll and the detecting element may issue a leading-edge presence signal to the processor upon contact between the detecting element and the leading-edge occurs.
WINDING METHOD AND WINDING SYSTEM
The present application discloses a winding method and a winding system, and relates to the technical field of battery fabrication. The winding method includes: obtaining a first parameter and a second parameter of each electrode assembly on a winding needle in real time, the first parameter being any one of a number of winding layers, a sheet length and a winding roll diameter, and the second parameter being one or both of the remaining two of the number of winding layers, the sheet length and the winding roll diameter; comparing the second parameters respectively with corresponding preset parameter ranges, the preset parameter ranges being the ranges of the second parameters corresponding to the first parameters of preset standard models corresponding to the electrode assemblies; and adjusting, in response to the second parameter exceeding the corresponding preset parameter range, sheets to be wound of the corresponding electrode assembly.
