Disclosed is a winding core tube with a uniformly rough surface, including a rotary barrel. A circular through hole is provided at the inner side of the rotary barrel, a rotating sleeve is fixedly connected at the circular through hole of the rotary barrel, a circular through hole is provided at the outer side of the rotating sleeve, a connecting shaft is fixedly connected at the circular through hole of the rotating sleeve, the length of the connecting shaft is larger than that of the rotary barrel, and sprayed particles are sprayed on the outer side of the rotary barrel.

The outer surface of the support roller comprises a plurality of fluid outlets. The outlets are distributed about the support surface. Fluid expelled from the fluid outlets enables the sleeve to be slidably positioned relative to the support surface. A priming apparatus and a print press are also disclosed.

A primer roller may include a cylinder having an outer support surface. The outer support surface support surface may have a length in an axial direction and a fixed outer diameter extending along the length. The roller may further comprise, at least at least one elastically deformable annular sleeve having an axial length less than the axial length of the support surface of the cylinder an external diameter greater than the outer diameter of the support surface of the cylinder, and an internal diameter which provides a friction fit on the support surface of the cylinder. The outer surface of the support roller comprises a plurality of fluid outlets. The outlets are distributed about the support surface. The roller comprises a covering layer made of a fibre composite material and a cylindrical roller main body having an outer first lateral surface, a first end section and a second end section. The covering layer completely surrounds the first lateral surface in the circumferential direction. A first edge region of the covering layer extends beyond the first end section, is folded over inwards and is fixed in relation to the roller main body. In a crosslapper, the roller can be provided as a deflection roller of a conveyor belt. In a carding machine, the roller can be provided as an engagement roller for engagement with fibre material.

The roller comprises a covering layer made of a fibre composite material and a cylindrical roller main body having an outer first lateral surface, a first end section and a second end section. The covering layer completely surrounds the first lateral surface in the circumferential direction. A first edge region of the covering layer extends beyond the first end section, is folded over inwards and is fixed in relation to the roller main body. In a crosslapper, the roller can be provided as a deflection roller of a conveyor belt. In a carding machine, the roller can be provided as an engagement roller for engagement with fibre material.

An improved conveying roller for a web or a sheet in a paper converting machine comprises a first cylindrical tubular body having a plurality of radial holes arranged in substantially longitudinal rows, and a second fixed tubular body arranged coxially within the first cylindrical tubular body. The first cylindrical tubular body is capable of rotation relative to the second fixed tubular body. Slidable sealing elements are positioned between the first cylindrical body and the second fixed tubular body to define at least one suction or vacuum chamber. The chamber is suitable for being brought selectively in communication with at least one row of the radial holes during the relative rotation of the bodies.

An improved conveying roller for a web or a sheet in a paper converting machine comprises a first cylindrical tubular body having a plurality of radial holes arranged in substantially longitudinal rows, and a second fixed tubular body arranged coxially within the first cylindrical tubular body. The first cylindrical tubular body is capable of rotation relative to the second fixed tubular body. Slidable sealing elements are positioned between the first cylindrical body and the second fixed tubular body to define at least one suction or vacuum chamber. The chamber is suitable for being brought selectively in communication with at least one row of the radial holes during the relative rotation of the bodies.

A thermosetting unit, in particular for a textile printer, includes a pair of stationary supports, a thermosetting roller extending between said stationary supports and rotatably carried by said stationary supports around a longitudinal axis thereof, a stationary infrared lamp extending inside said thermosetting roller and having opposite ends supported by said stationary supports, and a temperature-uniforming device housed inside the thermosetting roller.

A thermosetting unit, in particular for a textile printer, includes a pair of stationary supports, a thermosetting roller extending between said stationary supports and rotatably carried by said stationary supports around a longitudinal axis thereof, a stationary infrared lamp extending inside said thermosetting roller and having opposite ends supported by said stationary supports, and a temperature-uniforming device housed inside the thermosetting roller.
