Co-axial split drive rollers
In example implementations, a printer module is provided. The printer module includes a co-axial split drive roller, a first motor, a second motor, and a print bar. The co-axial split drive roller includes a first roller and a second roller that are movably coupled at a center of the co-axial split drive roller. The first motor is coupled to the first roller. The second motor is coupled to the second roller. The print bar is coupled to the housing over the co-axial split drive roller.
MEDIUM SUPPLY DEVICE AND RECORDING DEVICE
A medium supply device is provided that includes a single sheet paper accommodating unit at which media are stacked and placed, and a feeding roller configured to feed the media by rotating in contact with a top surface of the placed media. The feeding roller includes a contact portion configured to contact the single sheet paper and a non-contact portion configured to not contact the single sheet paper in a rotational direction, and a plurality of the contact portions and the non-contact portions are provided in a first direction that is an extending direction of a rotation axis of the feeding roller, and the contact portions adjacent to each other in the first direction are out of phase in the rotational direction.

TAPE EDGE FOLDING ROLLER
A tape applicator configured for applying a tape to a carton (e.g., for sealing and/or assembling the carton). The tape applicator may include an edge folder assembly having an edge folder roller operatively coupled to a support member that allows the edge folder roller to rotate around the support member. The edge folder assembly may also include an alignment assembly (e.g., a self-alignment assembly) that allows the edge folder roller to move axially along the support member. The alignment assembly may comprise one or more biasing members (e.g., springs, or the like) and/or one or more restraining members (e.g., washers, or the like) to aid in allowing the edge folder roller to rotate and/or move axially with respect to the one or more support members in order to account for shifting of the tape transversely through the tape applicator.

LAYER TRANSFER FILM CARTRIDGE AND LAYER TRANSFER DEVICE
A foil transfer film cartridge includes a supply reel on which a foil film including a transfer layer containing foil is wound, a take-up reel on which to take up the foil film, a first connecting portion extending in a direction perpendicular to a first axial direction along a rotation axis of the supply reel and connecting the supply reel and the take-up reel at a position apart from the foil film, and a film guide member extending in a second axial direction along a rotation axis of the take-up reel the film guide member being capable of assuming an out-of-contact state and an in-contact state with the foil film extended between the supply reel and the take-up reel.
ROLLER FOR TRANSPORTING A FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE, VACUUM PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND METHODS THEREFOR
A roller for transporting a flexible substrate is described. The roller includes a main body having a plurality of gas supply slits provided in an outer surface of the main body. The plurality of gas supply slits extends in a direction of a central rotation axis of the roller. Further, the roller includes a sleeve provided circumferentially around and in contact with the main body. The sleeve has a plurality of gas outlets extending in a radial direction (R) and being provided above the plurality of gas supply slits.
