Elastic yarn wound body package
Elastic yarn wound body packages able to simplify processing of a tail yarn of an elastic yarn when manufacturing a fabric, or the like, continuously by simultaneous vertical take-up unwinding of a multistage elastic yarn through providing elastic yarn wound body packages on a multistage stand are provided. The elastic yarn wound body package comprises a paper tube and an elastic yarn wound body, wherein: the paper tube has a groove in the circumferential direction, perpendicular to the paper tube axis, between an end portion of the elastic yarn wound body and an end portion of the paper tube; a tail yarn of the elastic yarn wound body is wound into the groove; and a wire-shaped object or tape-shaped object that crosses at least a portion of the yarn bundle of the tail yarn is held thereby. Also provided are paper tubes comprising, in the vicinity of at least one end, a tail thread wrapping groove having parallel edges along a circumferential direction perpendicular to the axis of the paper tube, the paper tube comprising a recession, the maximum width of which is greater than the width of the tail thread wrapping groove and the deepest part of which is deeper than the tail thread wrapping groove, over the tail thread wrapping groove or an extension of the tail thread wrapping groove and elastic thread reel packages comprising these paper tubes.
ACRYLIC YARN PACKAGE
An acrylic yarn package prevents winding yarn collapse during transportation when an acrylic yarn having a high total fineness is wound around a core bobbin. The acrylic yarn package includes an acrylic yarn wound around a bobbin and having a total fineness of 8000 dtex or more. The acrylic yarn on the package has a yarn width of 0.22 mm/1000 dtex or more and hardness of 60 or more.

Spool lifting apparatus
An apparatus enabling a barrel-including spool of windable material to be lifted and transported with a forklift truck includes two elongated channel members having open ends into which forks of a forklift truck can be directed and transversely-extending members for maintaining the channel members in a parallel relationship. A pair of hooks are pivotally suspended from the channel members and are capable of being hooked about end portions of an axle which is directed through the barrel of the spool. By directing the forks of a forklift truck into the open ends of the channel members, positioning the apparatus above the spool, and then hooking the hooks of the apparatus about the end portions of the axle which protrudes from the opposite sides of the spool, the spool can be lifted by way of the forklift truck.

A device for imparting a torsional force onto a wire has a base and a support mounted so as to be rotatable with respect to the base around an axis of rotation. The axis of rotation coincides with a wire path extending through the base and the support. Further, a wire clutching device is mounted on the support and adapted to engage at a wire guided along the wire path, and a rotation mechanism is provided which is adapted for rotating the support with respect to the base.

The present invention discloses a bead wire wrapper device and a wrapper method. The bead wire wrapper device comprises a rack body; the rack body is provided with a winding unit, an H-shaped wheel assembly, a paper cutting mechanism, a paper guiding mechanism and a rubber applying mechanism; the winding unit comprises a first winding shaft and a second winding shaft; the H-shaped wheel assembly comprises an H-shaped wheel and a drive unit driving the H-shaped wheel to rotate; the paper cutting mechanism is configured to cut off film materials directly or indirectly fed by the winding unit; the paper guiding mechanism comprises a motion mechanism, the motion mechanism is provided with an adsorption assembly and a pressing assembly, the adsorption assembly is configured to adsorb the film materials through negative pressure and send the cut-off tail ends of the film materials to the H-shaped wheel under the action of the motion mechanism, and the pressing assembly is configured to move to the H-shaped wheel under the action of the motion mechanism and press the film materials; and the rubber applying mechanism is configured to paste rubber strips to the film materials on the H-shaped wheel.

The present invention discloses a bead wire wrapper device and a wrapper method.
