PASSENGER TRANSPORT SYSTEM HAVING AT LEAST ONE INVERTER
A passenger transport system includes a three-phase drive motor, a control device and an inverter module having power semiconductor switches. The gate electrodes of the power semiconductor switches are driven directly by the control device. The inverter module is connected on the input side to a DC source and on the output side to the three-phase drive motor. Between the DC source and the inverter module there is a DC circuit, wherein drive signals that can be modulated on the DC circuit can be generated by the control device, and the inverter module has a demodulator, by which demodulator the drive signals can be converted into control voltages assigned to the individual gate electrodes of the power semiconductor switches.
Electronic safety device and a conveyor system
The invention relates to an electronic safety device and a conveyor system comprising the same. The electronic safety device has a safety input for receiving a safety signal, the electronic safety device being configured to terminate its operation responsive to absence of the safety signal in the safety input. The electronic safety device comprises an operation-preventing circuit configured to detect an operational anomaly in the safety input, the operation-preventing circuit comprising a switch adapted to short the safety input when the operational anomaly is present in the safety input.

The passenger flows in a building or public place can be traced and modelled by using statistics and information regarding current state of the modelled building or public place. The information derived from this model can be used for controlling elevators, escalators and similar in the building more efficiently. The same information may be used also for guiding passengers in the building or public place to use other transportation means so that the duration high traffic situation can be reduced or sometimes completely avoided.

A device and a method for controlling an apparatus being an elevator, an escalator or automatic doors are provided, by which it is detected whether a fault is present in the apparatus, it is determined, when the fault is present, whether an automatic fault clearing may be carried out, and if it is determined that the automatic fault clearing may be carried out, the automatic fault clearing is performed by automatically clearing one or more faults.
AUTOMATIC FAULT CLEARING FOR ELEVATORS, ESCALATORS AND AUTOMATIC DOORS
A device and a method for controlling an apparatus being an elevator, an escalator or automatic doors are provided, by which it is detected whether a fault is present in the apparatus, it is determined, when the fault is present, whether an automatic fault clearing may be carried out, and if it is determined that the automatic fault clearing may be carried out, the automatic fault clearing is performed by automatically clearing one or more faults.

A passenger conveyor diagnostic system includes a processor that stores at least one visual inspection diagnostic, and a passenger conveyor system including at least one sensor configured to capture one or both of an image and a sound. The processor applies the at least one visual inspection diagnostic to one or both of the image and the sound to generate a diagnosed status of the passenger conveyor system, and overlays the diagnosed status of the passenger conveyor system on the image.

The present disclosure relates to a power switch device for an oiler of an escalator or a moving walk. The power switch device includes: a power input port, including a first power input terminal and a second power input terminal; a power output port, including a first power output terminal and a second power output terminal, the second power input terminal being connected to the second power output terminal, and a first circuit branch and a second circuit branch connected in parallel being connected between the first power input terminal and the first power output terminal; an electronically controlled on-off apparatus, connected in the first circuit branch; a manual switch, connected in the second circuit branch; and a state indicator, used to indicate a switching state of the manual switch.

The present disclosure relates to a power switch device for an oiler of an escalator or a moving walk. The power switch device includes: a power input port, including a first power input terminal and a second power input terminal; a power output port, including a first power output terminal and a second power output terminal, the second power input terminal being connected to the second power output terminal, and a first circuit branch and a second circuit branch connected in parallel being connected between the first power input terminal and the first power output terminal; an electronically controlled on-off apparatus, connected in the first circuit branch; a manual switch, connected in the second circuit branch; and a state indicator, used to indicate a switching state of the manual switch.
Passenger Conveyor Display Device, and Passenger Conveyor
There is disclosed a display device making it possible to call effective attention in a use situation where unbalanced passenger load occurs between left and right lanes of a passenger conveyor. This display device includes a first display unit (7A) positioned on the left and a second display unit (7B) positioned on the right toward the passenger conveyor at a boarding (1), a control device (20) to control the first display unit (7A) and the second display unit (7B), and passenger detection means (8A, 8B) to detect passengers stepping on the passenger conveyor. The first display unit (7A) and the second display unit (7B) display images representing information to passengers. The passengers pass between the first display unit (7A) and the second display unit (7B) and step on the passenger conveyor. The control device (20) estimates a state of congestion and a state of passengers gathering on only one lane in the passenger conveyor, based on detection signals from the passenger detection means (8A, 8B), and sets an image to be displayed by the first display unit (7A) and an image to be displayed by the second display device (7B) independently, depending on the state of congestion and the state of passengers gathering on only one lane.
