ROTATOR ARRANGEMENT
A rotator arrangement for providing a rotating movement between a crane arm or the like and a hydraulic tool, the rotator arrangement comprising: a first attachment piece arranged to be attached to the crane arm or the like, a second attachment piece arranged to be attached to the tool implement, a casing joining the first attachment piece to the second attachment piece, which casing is arranged to carry the loads of the hydraulic tool and includes a bearing or the like allowing a first part of the casing to rotate with respect to a second part of the casing, and a hydraulic rotation motor arranged to provide a rotational movement between the first and second attachment pieces around an axis of rotation, the motor comprising a stator and a rotor, the rotor being arranged inside the stator so as to rotate with respect to the stator around the same axis of rotation as the first and second attachment pieces.
Power bucket
A power bucket having a first and second bucket half pivotally secured together about a main axis by a pivot pin. The bucket halves are movable between an open and a closed position. A head is disposed above the bucket halves and at least one arm pivotally connects the head to one bucket half while at least one second arm is pivotally connected between the head and the other bucket half. A cylinder support is pivotally mounted to the pivot pin and one end of a hydraulic cylinder is attached to the pivot support. The other end of the cylinder is attached to the bucket. Upon actuation of the cylinders, the cylinders move the bucket halves so that a cutting edge of the bucket half moves in a substantially horizontal plane.
Joint element provided with swing dampener brake, joint assembly comprising the joint element, and machine comprising the joint assembly
A joint element provided with a swing dampener element and comprising a first joint part, a second joint part, and a swing dampener brake. The second joint part comprises a second end part which is detachably fixed to a first end part of the second joint part by a joint part coupling which is adapted to allow the second end part to be moved in an axial direction to a detached position in relation to the first end part, the detached position allowing replacement of active components of the swing dampener brake while the first end part remains bearing-mounted to the first joint part, the active components of the swing dampener brake comprising at least one first brake disc member and at least one second brake disc member.
Rotation control system for material handling machines
A rotation control system may be provided for a material handling machine. The rotation control system may include a boom and a work tool attached to the boom. A swing motor may be capable of swinging the boom and the work tool. A work tool motor may be capable of rotating the work tool relative to the boom. An input device may generate a first signal indicative of a desired swinging of the boom and a second signal indicative of a desired rotation of the work tool. A controller may be in communication with the input device, the swing motor, and the work tool motor. The controller may be capable of actuating the work tool motor based only on the second signal during a first mode of operation and may be capable of actuating the work tool motor based on swinging of the boom during a second mode of operation.
ATTACHMENT FOR MAKING UP OR BREAKING OUT PIPE
An attachment is described that is configured for attachment to an arm of a piece of heavy construction equipment. The attachment is configured to rotate a section of pipe during break out (i.e. disconnection or disassembly) from another section of pipe and/or make up (i.e. connection or assembly) with another section of pipe. The attachment is configured to break the joint or torque the joint to a predetermined torque value, unthread or thread pipe, and lift the pipe under the power of the heavy construction equipment.
Method and arrangement related to a rotator
The invention relates to a method and an arrangement related to a rotator, especially for a work tool supported by an arm, whereby the rotator (10) comprises a stator (20) and a rotor (30). A fastening ring (50) for the attaching of a work tool is separately journalled (D) relative to the stator (20) independently of a bearing (B, C) between the stator (20) and the rotor (30). A driver (80; 180; 280) is used to transfer the rotational movement of the rotor (30) to the fastening ring (50).
Fully rotating rotary device
Fully rotating rotary actuator of a multi-purpose machine in which an axle supports the frame of a felling head by a bearing mount, there being a rotary mechanism driven by a rotary motor between the axle and the frame, and in which the connection of the axle includes rotatable joints, the axle includes conduits for electrical cables and a processing fluid line, and in which an additive fluid line tube is arranged in the conduit in the axle and connected to its lower end is a rotatable connector, which is connected to a second tube fastened in the frame for the application of the additive fluid.
Truss hinge with variations in angular settings
A truss hinge that includes a number of different labeled parts, where connections between the two different parts can constrain the truss to different angles.
