High-strength fibre rope for hoisting equipment such as cranes
A high-strength fibre rope (1) comprising a rope core as well as a sheathing indicating optical wear, wherein the sheathing comprises a sheath layer (2) made up of textile subunits (3, 4) of a first hierarchy level. An outermost sheath layer (2) is provided, wherein textile subunits (3, 4) of said outermost sheath layer of the first hierarchy level differ from each other in terms of their textile structure, and/or an outermost sheath layer and a further sheath layer underneath said outermost sheath layer are provided, and wherein the textile subunits of the first hierarchy level of said outermost sheath layer differ in their textile structure from that of said further sheath layer. The textile subunits of a lowermost hierarchy level of the rope are neither dispersed in a resin matrix in the outermost sheath layer nor in the further sheath layer arranged underneath the outermost sheath layer.

Apparatus for preventing remote operation terminal from being mislaid, remote operation terminal, and system for preventing remote operation terminal from being mislaid
An apparatus for preventing a remote operation terminal from being mislaid, the remote operation terminal remotely operating a work machine driven via a PTO device in a vehicle, the apparatus being configured so as to have: a reception device for receiving a wireless signal transmitted by a transmission device provided to the remote operation terminal, the reception device being provided to the vehicle; a determination section that, when the PTO device is in an OFF state, determines whether or not the reception strength of the wireless signal received from the transmission device by the reception device is equal to or less than a prescribed threshold value; and a notification section for issuing a notification when the reception strength is equal to or less than the prescribed threshold value.

Load Leveling Hanger
A load-leveling hanging apparatus and a system for suspended lifting of objects are disclosed. The load-leveling hanging apparatus includes a carriage suspended from a line; a hanging beam adapted for attachment of multiple objects at points along the beam; a mechanism for moving the hanging beam relative to the carriage to thereby achieve a level condition; and a level indicator. The mechanism is a rotatable screw. The system includes the load-leveling hanging apparatus and a lifting device. The lifting device includes a drum for winding and unwinding a line; a motor coupled to the drum to apply a torque thereto; a guide to direct the line onto the drum; and a controller. The lifting device raises and lowers the suspended hanging apparatus.

Overload protection valve
Aspects of the disclosure relate to an overload protection valve for automatic release of a load. The valve may include an outer housing having an end wall, a cam, and inner slide, and an overload spring. The inner slide may include a side wall, a shelf area, an internal barrier, an inlet and an outlet. Each of the inlet and outlet may include an opening through the side wall, and the inlet and the outlet may be separated by the internal barrier. The overload spring may be arranged between the end wall and the shelf area, and may define a load on the valve which will cause the valve to open. The cam may be configured such that when the valve is closed, the defined load will cause the cam to rotate thereby allowing the openings of the inlet and outlet to be in fluid communication and open the valve.
