WINCH
The present disclosure discloses a winch comprising a motor having a rotator, a brush holder assembly electrically coupled to the rotator, and a coil assembly surrounding the rotator, a motor casing covering at least a part of the motor which comprises a plurality of conducting columns electrically coupled to the coil assembly and the brush holder assembly, a driving shaft drivably connected to the motor, a gear reduction unit drivably connected to the driving shaft, a first support frame detachably connected to the motor casing, a second support frame detachably connected to the gear reduction unit, and a winding drum located between the first support frame and the second support frame. The winch as disclosed facilitates mounting and dismounting, and provides improved waterproofness.
Frame for trenchless pipe replacement system and method
A pipe replacement system and cable guide frame are shown. Configurations are shown that include plurality of guide pulleys attached to the cable guide frame to define a curved path between a pipe to be replaced and a cable pulling system. Configurations are shown where a pipe breaking tool is pulled over the plurality of guide pulleys for ease of removal after a replacement operation. Configurations are also shown that include a stationary splitter adjacent to the cable pulling system to prevent jamming of the cable pulling system.
PICK-UP TRUCK WINCH APPARATUS
A winch is disclosed for a pick-up bed having a floor, and a front wall. The winch includes a winch motor and spool assembled to the truck body below the floor. An upper pulley is assembled to the front wall with a cable wound around the spool that is extendable and retractable from the spool. The cable is routed over the upper pulley through an opening defined by the front wall. The opening is spaced from the floor to facilitate loading articles into and unloading articles from the truck bed.
Electrified vehicle winch and winch operating method
An electrified vehicle winch includes, among other things, a winch and a charge port connector that connects to a charge port of an electrified vehicle. The winch is powered through the charge port connector. A winch operating method includes, among other things, operating a winch to move a load and, during the operating, powering the winch through a charge port of the electrified vehicle.
Power Winch Overcurrent (Overload) Safety Device
A power winch overcurrent (overload) safety device is that a display panel further comprises an overcurrent (overload) warning display zone. Simultaneously, amperages used in the power winch is set with an upper limit current setting value, and a current actual value is set for an actual amperage, and the current setting value and the current actual value are displayed on the display panel. A second plug socket is further disposed on the electrical control set of the power winch and connected to a circuit set for the current setting value in the electrical control set, and which using for the plug of a current regulator to regulate the current setting value. With the overcurrent (overload) safety device, an operating person can clearly know whether or not towed load is close to overload, and in case of overload shutdown condition, it can be resolved by regulating the current setting value.
Aircraft Mounted Hoist System Having a Multi-Stranded Wire Rope Cable
A hoist system includes a wire rope cable having a first end and a second end. The wire rope cable further including multiple strands twisted into a helical shape. The hoist system further including a lifting mechanism configured to attach to the first end of the wire rope cable. The lifting mechanism including at least one of a rotating drum and a set of frictional rollers. The hoist system further including a motor configured to rotate the lifting mechanism; and a housing configured to house the lifting mechanism, the motor, and at least part of the wire rope cable.
Manufacturing method for belt axle connecting piece of winch
The invention provides a belt axle connecting piece of a winch and a manufacturing method in the field of mechanical technologies. The winch comprises a bracket and a belt axle axially arranged on the winch, wherein the belt axle includes three rods arranged along the axial direction. Bundling belts or ropes can be placed within the clearance between any two adjacent rods. The belt axle connecting piece comprises a cylindrical body, with three bent positioning petals arranged at one end of the body. Every two adjacent positioning petals form positioning holes for securing the rods to the bracket. The connecting piece is simple in structure, sturdy, and easy to manufacture.
Winch cable wiper assembly
A winch is described comprising a rotatable drum for winding and unwinding a first cable therefrom. The winch contains a cable-wiping apparatus with one or more actuators are activated when the drum rotates in a direction for winding the first cable onto the drum. A mechanical force may be transmitted from the actuator to a second cable that is operatively connected to a wiper clamp. The wiper clamp compresses around the first cable when the cable is pulled in.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL SYSTEM FOR THE SELF-RECOVERY OF WHEELED VEHICLES
A multi-functional system for the self-recovery of a wheeled vehicle. The system includes: a dished adaptor plate permanently fixed to a driven wheel of a vehicle by capturing beneath the wheel retaining bolts or nuts; a drum plate driven in rotation directly by the adaptor plate or indirectly via a driven plate driven in rotation by the adaptor plate and by a torque-transmitting appliance situated between the driven plate and the drum plate; complementary attachment elements provided on the drum plate and the drum permitting the rapid attachment of the drum to the drum plate; a tow cable fixed to and wound around the drum and led off to a secure anchor point such that subsequent driving of the wheel in the appropriate rotational sense applying tension to the tow cable, thereby assisting in recovery of the vehicle.
