MOTOR LIFTING DEVICES AND METHODS FOR OPERATING THE SAME
A motor lifting device may include a base member, a vertical guide column coupled and extending upward from the base member in a vertical direction, a carriage coupled to the vertical guide column. The carriage may including a carriage base engaged with and movable along the vertical guide column, and a carriage plate defining one or more slots configured to receive a motor shaft. The motor lifting device may further include one or more transverse actuators structurally configured to move the carriage plate in a direction transverse to the vertical direction with respect to the vertical guide column.
Load-sensing vehicle lift
Conventional vehicle lifts typically operate at a standard speed that is statically configured for the system, which may result in vehicles that are below the weight rating for the lift being raised at the standard speed while the lift motor is capable of safely raising at greater speeds. A set of lift controls may be configured to determine the load on the motor by a vehicle of an unknown weight during operation at a standard lift speed and use such information to determine a potential speed that the motor may raise the vehicle at while staying within safe operational levels for the motor. One or more of a magnitude of electrical power drawn, a pressure generated by a hydraulic lifting, or a sensed vehicle weight may be used to provide an indication of load on the motor and/or a higher potential speed.
Configurable vehicle lift and service station
A vehicle lift includes a platform having an adjustable length according to a wheelbase of the vehicle. A plurality of clamps are mounted on the platform, each clamp having an adjustable lateral position with respect to a width of the platform to mechanically engage a respective tire of the vehicle when the vehicle is located on the platform. A plurality of motorized lifts are located below the platform, each lift mechanically coupled to the platform, each motorized lift having an adjustable height to raise and lower the platform. Each motorized lift is moveable with respect to the first axis to vary the adjustable length of the platform and with respect to the second axis to adjust the lateral position of the respective clamp. When the platform is in a raised position, a service cavity is defined between the platform and a floor to receive a service robot.

Lift and extraction systems for automatic swimming pool cleaners
A lift and extraction system for an automatic swimming pool cleaner may facilitate removal from the of the automatic swimming pool cleaner from a swimming pool, deployment of the automatic swimming pool cleaner into a swimming pool, and/or storage of the automatic swimming pool cleaner outside of the swimming pool. The lift and extraction systems may include a frame, motive elements, and one or more engagement features for selectively engaging and positioning the automatic swimming pool cleaner relative to the frame.
Apparatus and devices for moving, transporting, and storing porch bots
The present invention provides an automated product transport and storage system designed to enhance efficiency, precision, and safety in logistics and delivery operations. The system includes automated bots, such as porch bots, railed fork bots, and railed crane bots, which perform tasks like loading, unloading, and positioning products within transport vehicles. These bots reduce the reliance on manual labor, mitigate the risk of injuries, and improve productivity by operating autonomously or semi-autonomously in confined or complex environments, such as urban and suburban delivery routes. The system is equipped with advanced control systems, GPS tracking, and obstacle detection, enabling precise navigation and real-time responsiveness. Versatile and adaptable, the system can be used across various industries, from food distribution to industrial supply chains, while reducing infrastructure requirements and contributing to energy efficiency. This invention represents a significant advancement in automated logistics and product handling.
