Capping head, system and method
Described is a capping head for closing a container using a metallic cap, comprising a main body, a plurality of capping ends having on their inner face a capping profile and a capping ring configured for elastically deforming the plurality of capping ends by means of a relative translation along the longitudinal axis.
PRODUCTION SYSTEM
In a production system 100, containers have hollow main bodies 1a having openings at their top parts and caps 1b for closing the openings. The production system 100 includes a conveyor line L for conveying the containers 1, a capper 5 for attaching the caps 1b to the main bodies 1a of the containers 1 on the conveyor line L, a reading apparatus 18 configured to read first information attached to top surfaces of the caps 1b of the containers 1 for identifying the containers 1 on the conveyor line L at one or more predetermined points after the capper 5, and a memory apparatus 52 configured to store linked together the first information of the containers 1, second information attached to the main bodies 1a of the containers 1 for identifying the main bodies 1a, and times at which the containers 1 passed the one or more predetermined points.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INDEPENDENTLY ROUTING VEHICLES AND DELIVERING CONTAINERS AND CLOSURES TO UNIT OPERATION SYSTEMS
A system and method for independently routing vehicles and delivering containers and closures to unit operation stations are disclosed. The containers and closures can, in some cases, be transported on the same vehicle. In other cases, the containers and closures can be transported on different vehicles.

Dual laser closure scan and method of using the same
A system of measuring a top surface of a closure to determine if the closure is properly affixed to a container. Multiple paths of measurements may be collected and analyzed. In various analysis paradigms, measurements on a given path are separated into different sets, such as a leading set that generally includes the first third of measurements, a trailing set that includes the trailing set of measurements, and a middle set that includes the middle third of measurements. Several methods of analysis may be based on a presumption that a properly affixed closure is symmetrical or near symmetrical.
AUTOMATED INTEGRATED BEVERAGE SYSTEM
A dispensing machine has a housing with an interior having a plurality of components. Among others, those components may include a return port accessible from the exterior of the housing and configured to receive containers, a cleaner configured to clean containers received from the return port, and a filler configured to add fluid (e.g., a liquid, such as a beverage) to one or more (clean) containers. In addition, the components also may include a capper configured to cap at least one container, and a dispenser configured to receive at least one capped container filled with fluid. The dispenser is configured to be accessible from the exterior of the housing.

Decontamination device and method
A method for decontaminating a tube of which a first open end forms an inner neck towards the inside of the tube and an outer neck towards the outside of the tube, the method including: initially raising the temperature of the tube, then subjecting the tube to ultraviolet radiation, that includes emitting ultraviolet radiation by radiation emission apparatus, and subjecting the inside of the tube, the outer neck and the inner neck to the ultraviolet radiation, in which the first end is inserted into a cavity arranged to reflect the ultraviolet radiation emitted by the emission apparatus and to direct this ultraviolet radiation into the tube through the first end, onto the outer neck of the tube and onto the inner neck of the tube.
Method and device for capping containers with container caps
A device for capping a container with a container cap, for example in a beverage filling plant, includes an isolator for providing a defined atmosphere in the interior thereof; a capper for capping a container with a container cap, which capper is arranged in the isolator; and a cap production device for producing container caps from a hot melt, for example a plastics melt. The cap production device is arranged outside the isolator, and is interconnected with the isolator or is connected to the isolator via a cap transport tunnel in order to feed produced container caps to the capper.
CONTAINER CLOSING OR CAPPING DEVICE FOR CLOSING CONTAINERS, SUCH AS BEVERAGE BOTTLES OR SIMILAR CONTAINERS
A container closing or capping device for closing containers, such as beverage bottles or similar containers, includes at least one collecting device.
