A device for the integrated production and filling of containers and a method for cleaning and/or disinfecting at least the mold of at least one molding and filling station of the device. During a cleaning and/or disinfecting operation of the device, at least the inside of the mold is cleaned and/or disinfected with at least one cleaning and/or disinfecting agent by at least one cleaning element. During the cleaning and/or disinfecting operation, the at least one mold is opened and closed at least once, preferably many times and/or the plunger is moved at least once, preferably many times, between its initial position and end position.

A device for cleaning a plant part that is to be cleaned in a beverage filling plant, including a medium inflow for supplying a cleaning medium to the plant part that is to be cleaned, and having a medium return flow for removing the used cleaning medium from the plant part that is to be cleaned is described. A heating unit is provided for heating the cleaning medium in the medium inflow, and a recuperator is provided for transferring heat energy from the cleaning medium that is removed via the medium return flow to the cleaning medium that is to be supplied to the heating unit.

An automatic analysis device is provided with a storage chamber for adjusting the temperature of and storing a container in which liquid is stored, an opening provided in a portion of the storage chamber, and a loader mechanism for bringing the container in and out of the storage chamber by moving the container through the opening, and is characterized in that the loader mechanism and storage chamber are closed by an elastic body. In the present invention, attaching a sealing member for sealing to an upper part from among overlapping parts makes it difficult for debris and dust to adhere to the sealing member and makes it possible to maintain the sealed state of a reagent storage chamber over a long period of time.

A container-treatment machine includes a foaming unit that introduces foaming medium into a container that is filled with a foamable liquid. This causes a foam to form in the container. A sensor downstream obtains an image of the foam and provides it to a controller. The controller decides whether or not to eject the container based on the extent of a foam nose that forms on the container's outer surface.

A method of filling a container (C) with a fluid (F) by way of at least one automation component (AC), the method comprising, through operation of at least one processor: determining (S1) a set of control parameters based on simulating filling of the container (C) at least partially with the fluid (F) by way of the automation component (AC), wherein the simulating takes into account one or more properties (P1, . . . , Pn) of the container (C), the fluid (F) and/or the at least one automation component (AC); and causing (S2) the at least one automation component (AC) to at least partially fill the container (C) according to at least one of the control parameters of the set of control parameters determined.

A transport device is provided for transporting objects from work station to work station. A production facility for producing products is also described. The transport device has an object carrier on which a plurality of object carrier elements are arranged for placing down objects, and a drive unit for driving the object carrier. The object carrier can be moved in successive cycles such that the object carrier elements can be transported on a movement path from work station to work station. At least one object carrier element on the object carrier is displaceable relative to the object carrier in the movement path. The transport device has a dog element and a retaining element that are assigned to the object carrier element. The carrier element is carried along by the object carrier and moved from work station to work station or the carrier element remains at a work station.
