FILLING SYSTEM FOR LIQUID PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR FILLING LIQUID PRODUCTS INTO BOTTLES
A system and method for filling liquid products into bottles are described. The system comprises a machine block with a blow-molding machine for providing a flow of bottles, with a labeler for labeling the flow of bottles, with a first and second transport stretch, each comprising a filler for filling the bottles, and with a distribution unit dividing the labeled flow of bottles to the transport stretches when the transport is fully populated at all circulating labeling positions of the labeler and all circulating filling positions of the fillers. The filling system comprises outflow conveyors downstream of the fillers, with a combining device for combining the transport stretches to form a common outflow for the flow of bottles, thereby reducing the transport speed during filling and subsequent handling of the bottles, as well as problems due to the product in the bottles spilling over during the closure process.
Machine and method for producing filled containers
A device for producing filled containers has a transport device which is configured for transporting containers which are filled with a liquid and are closed by a closure. Furthermore, the apparatus has a penetration device which is configured for producing an opening in at least one region of the closure and/or of the container, and an application device, which applies a flowable and in particular gaseous medium to the interior of the container through this opening (or feeds the gaseous medium to this interior). Furthermore, the apparatus has a closing device which closes the opening again.
METHOD FOR PRODUCT GUIDANCE IN A FILING SYSTEM AND FILLING SYSTEM FOR GLASS BOTTLES
A method for product guidance in a filling system for glass bottles, and a corresponding production system are described. Empties parameters for filling the empty glass bottles are measured in an automated manner. Initial data for filling a liquid product into the bottles is acquired and stored. Fulls parameters are measured when the bottles are filled, where machine error states are also detected, and respective results data acquired relating to the filling process are savored and individually associated with the empty bottles. At least one lead-out criterion applicable in the downstream production operation is calculated for deciding whether or not to lead-out faulty empty bottles or filled bottles based on the initial data and results data stored. The lead-out criterion is additionally updated in an automated manner while taking into consideration the acquired initial data and results data.

A filling method includes sealing a container against a filling element of a filling system, after the container has been sealed against the filling element and before beginning a filling phase, connecting the container to an annular vacuum duct, while the container is connected to the vacuum duct, carrying out an evacuation-and-flushing step in which the container is evacuated and flushed with flushing gas that comprises steam from an annular steam duct that carries pressurized steam, connecting the container to an annular pre-tensioning duct, pre-loading the container with inert gas from the pre-tensioning duct, filling the container with the liquid, and relieving pressure into the vacuum duct.

A method of decontaminating an aseptic filling apparatus that includes stations including a content filling station arranged from an upstream side to a downstream side of a flow of a preform or container, and each of the stations is covered by a chamber. The method includes sterilizing the content filling station by performing a CIP and then an SIP or performing an SIP serving also as a CIP of the content filling station, removing a cleaning liquid used in the CIP or SIP, and performing a COP and/or an SOP of the various kinds of stations in a predetermined order. A first SOP using a first sterilizer and a second SOP using a second sterilizer are performed stepwise on the various kinds of stations while the CIP and the SIP or the SIP serving also as the CIP are being performed on the content filling station.
