MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL LEATHER OBJECTS
A manufacturing process of three-dimensional leather objects, including the following steps: applying a hardener additive on the flesh side of a piece of leather, positioning the flesh side of the piece of leather on a shape, introducing the shape with the piece of leather in a vacuum sack, applying rough vacuum in the vacuum sack, heating the vacuum sack with the shape and the piece of leather, and progressively applying vacuum during the heating step, stopping the vacuum pressure and cooling the vacuum sack with the shape and the piece of leather, opening the sack and extracting the shape with the piece of leather from the vacuum sack and removing the piece of leather from the shape in such a way that the piece of leather has the shape of a three-dimensional object.
Leather workpiece and manufacturing method thereof
A leather workpiece is adapted to emit a light at a surface pattern, and includes a first light-transmitting substrate, a first adhesive layer, a second light-transmitting substrate, a circuit board, and a light-emitting element group. The first adhesive layer is disposed between the first light-transmitting substrate and the second light-transmitting substrate. The circuit board is fixed on the second light-transmitting substrate. The light-emitting element group is disposed on the circuit board and is configured to emit an illumination beam. The first light-transmitting substrate has the surface pattern on a surface opposite to the first adhesive layer. The illumination beam sequentially passes through the first adhesive layer and the surface pattern of the first light-transmitting substrate, so that the leather workpiece emits the light at the surface pattern. A manufacturing method of the leather workpiece is also provided.

Automobile document case
Safer Stops is a 4.5″×4.5″ octagonal case mounted on the steering cowl used to house driving documents requested during a typical traffic stop to prevent the drivers hands from leaving site of the police officer. Safer Stops consist of two octagonal pieces of leather sewn together on five connecting sides of the eight. The three sides not sewn together form an opening which is secured with a snap closure. On the back is a 3′ round sticky re-useable gel pad. One Side of the gel pad sticks to the case the other side sticks to the steering cowl. The device comes in many colors and is branded with the Safer Stops logo.

Ultra formed leather molding
Leather and similar materials are formed using graduated molds. A solvent is applied to the leather to saturate the leather. The saturated leather is put through a series of molds, each being more pronounced than the previous. An elastomer is applied after molding to provide structural support for features created through molding.

ROBUST LEASH MARKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Methods and systems are presented to configure leashes using a commercial heat press. A first or second strap (or both) is marked adjacent one or more hot platens. Then a handle assembly of a leash is configured to include a handle and a handle support that both extend between first and second joints, with the handle being longer than the handle support and being strongly connected to a distal portion of the leash (i.e. away from the user).
Epidermis material for vehicle seat
A cover material for a vehicle seat provides favorable touch while utilizing the texture of a leather material. A cover material for a vehicle seat includes: a leather portion made of natural leather or artificial leather; and a mesh fabric portion bonded to the back side of the leather portion.
