THERMAL INSULATION FLOCCULUS MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND THERMAL INSULATION PRODUCT
The present disclosure provides a thermal insulation flocculus material and a preparation method thereof and a thermal insulation product, and pertains to the field of thermal insulation flocculus materials. In one exemplary embodiment, the thermal insulation flocculus material of the present disclosure includes multiple overlapped single fiber meshes; and a spherical fiber assembly at least distributed between a part of adjacent single fiber meshes. In some embodiments, the thermal insulation flocculus material has combination properties such as excellent filling power, compression-resilience property, thermal insulation property and/or wash durability or the like.
Antimicrobial Washable Pillow
A washable pillow comprising of a molded foam core with antimicrobial resistance encased in a washable netting and a sleeve. The pillow may be washed and dried using conventional household methods without significant damage or loss of mechanical properties.
Personal support device with elongate inserts
A comfort device comprising a plurality of elongate inserts is disclosed herein. The comfort device can include one or more compartments configured to store the plurality of elongate inserts. The plurality of elongate inserts can have a length and a cross-section, where the cross-section has a cross-sectional area and a plurality of dimensions. The length of the inserts can be at least eight inches and at least eight times a greatest dimension of the cross-sectional area. The comfort device can include one or more openings and fastening mechanism corresponding to the one or more openings. The plurality of elongate inserts can generate tensional force in response to a force applied to the comfort device, thus providing improved elasticity for the comfort device.

Textile Products Comprising Natural Down and Fibrous Materials
A textile product and a method for manufacturing thereof are discussed. The textile product comprises about 5-95% natural down clusters by weight and about 95-5% of a secondary fiber material by weight. The method for manufacturing the textile product includes opening a fiber material, adding natural down clusters to the fiber material, mixing the fiber material with the natural down clusters to form a homogeneous mixture, and filling the textile product with the homogeneous mixture.
PILLOW FILL MACHINE
A filling system includes a first component having a fiber opener configured to open fibers. A second component is connected to the first component. The second component includes a fiber blower configured to blow opened fibers. A third component is connected to the second component. The third component includes a weighing system configured to weigh the opened fibers. A fourth component is connected to the third component. The fourth component includes a filler configured to dispose the opened fibers into a shell. Methods of use are disclosed.

Blowable floccule insulation and method of making same
The disclosure provides blowable insulation or filling material, and apparatus and methods for making same. The blowable insulation or filling material includes a plurality of discrete elongate floccules each formed of a plurality of fibers. The floccules include a relatively open enlarged medial portion. The floccules also include relatively condensed twisted tail portions extending from opposing ends of the medial portion. The floccules can be utilized by existing garment fill blowing machines without clogging thereof, and include a superior soft hand feel, thermal resistance and launderability. The floccules may be formed by forcing staple fibers through apertures of a rotating hollow drum to partially form the floccule structure within the drum. The partially formed floccules may be retained within the rotating drum for a dwell time to finalize the floccule structure.

SYNTHETIC FILL MATERIALS HAVING COMPOSITE FIBER STRUCTURES
In some embodiments, the inventive subject matter relates to a fiber construct suitable for use as a fill material for insulation or padding, comprising: a primary fiber structure comprising a predetermined length of fiber; a secondary fiber structure, the secondary fiber structure comprising a plurality of relatively short loops spaced along a length of the primary fiber. In some embodiments, the inventive subject matter relates to insulative fiber structures that mimic the structure and scale of natural down and thereby provide similar properties.
