Device for delivery of smokable cannabis and manufacturing method for same
A delivery device for smokable cannabis and a manufacturing method for same with a defined active cannabis compound. Plant material from a plurality of cannabis plants representing a plurality of cannabis cultivars is harvested based on parent cultivars' active cannabis compound profile. Plant material is shredded to a size range applicable to loading into a smokable device, measured proportions of plant materials are combined to produce a mixed batch with a projected desirable active cannabis compound profile. Material is then processed, analyzed, loaded into smokable delivery device, labeled and distributed.
Homogenized tobacco material production line and method for inline production of homogenized tobacco material
The invention relates to a homogenized tobacco sheet production line comprising: A tank (501) adapted to contain a slurry formed by a tobacco powder blend, a binder and an aerosol former in an aqueous medium; A cast apparatus (600) adapted to receive slurry from the tank and to cast the slurry so as to form a homogenized tobacco material; A movable transporting support (606) on which said slurry is casted and adapted to transport the homogenized tobacco material along a transport direction; A slitter (611) located downstream the cast apparatus adapted to slit the homogenized tobacco material along the transport direction so as to form portioned homogenized tobacco sheets; and A winding station (613) located downstream the slitter adapted to receive the portioned homogenized tobacco sheets from the slitter and to wind at least one of the portioned homogenized tobacco sheets in a bobbin. It also relates to a method for inline production of a homogenized tobacco sheet.

Grinding device
A grinding device includes a storage base having a storage cavity, a grating member having a plurality of passage holes, a grinding handle having an actuating portion and a grinding cavity, at least one grinding member provided in the grinding cavity. The grinding member includes a protruding body protruding in the grinding cavity and extending in a radial direction of the grinding handle, and a plurality of grinding teeth provided on the protruding body. The grinding teeth extend in a transverse direction of the protruding body. When a predetermined amount of the food or herb items is disposed in the grinding cavity, and when the grinding handle is driven to rotate with respect to the storage base and the grating member, the grinding teeth are arranged to cut the food or herb items into fine pieces.
