Fluid ionized compositions, methods of preparation and uses thereof
10189751 · 2019-01-29 · ·

Disclosed herein are fluid ionized compositions, such as fluid calcium cyanamide fertilizer compositions, methods of preparation and uses thereof. In some examples, a fluid composition includes a mixture of about 40 to 20 parts of dissolved acid or acid-formed approximately neutral pH nitrogen plant nutrient compounds (such as urea ammonium nitrate and H.sub.2O) and about 1 to about 5 parts of a mixture of insoluble or weakly soluble high pH calcium-formed plant nutrient compounds (such as calcium cyanamide and H.sub.2O). The disclosed compositions and methods stabilize the compositions' contained active nutrient ions and digested carbon. The disclosed compositions and methods facilitate controllable site-directed delivery of the contents of the compositions. The compositions and methods are effective for microbes nourishment plant fertilizing, soil amending, heavy metals leaching inhibition, and digesting organic proteinaceous excreta. The compositions are stable, easily calibrated, and non-clogging for soil injection, spray and irrigation water delivery to target sites.

PRE-PLANT BIOCIDE USES OF AQUEOUS CYANAMIDES

Hydrogen cyanamide (HyCyn) is a product derived from calcium cyanamide. Three decades ago HyCyn became commercially available as a plant growth regulator. Sprayed on dormant plants, it provides uniform bud-break. This present invention provides repeatable methods for using aqueous HyCyn, and other similar water-soluble low molecular weight cyanamide or nitrile containing compounds, as stand-alone biocides. Qualities include: safer delivery to field settings, fewer environmental impacts and predictable plant growth improvement. HyCyn with its systemic qualities can act as a fertilizer, desiccant, nematicide, fungicide, herbicide, growth regulator and an agent of enzyme inactivation. These biocidal and other effects appear to be a result of double or triple bonds connecting carbon with nitrogen, and therefore it is expected that other water-soluble low molecular weight compounds having carbon-nitrogen double or triple bonds can act similarly. Today's improved irrigation methods will replace soil fumigation in many settings. All its metabolites, properly delivered, make plants grow better.

GRANULAR FERTILIZERS COMPRISING MACRONUTRIENTS AND MICRONUTRIENTS, AND PROCESSES FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF

Novel granular fertilizers and methods of making those fertilizers are provided. The method utilized involves recycling streams, including one that provides water having dissolved solids therein, with that water being used during the mixing and granulation process. This method results in a low-moisture, hard, substantially spherical granule, which can include any number of macronutrients and/or micronutrients. Advantageously, the granular fertilizer can be applied to the soil around plants to supply those plants with the necessary nutrients.

MULTI-NUTRIENT GRANULAR FERTILIZER COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
20180237355 · 2018-08-23 ·

Granular fertilizer compositions are described herein that are capable of supplying a wide array of beneficial nutrient and compounds to soil for uptake by the root systems of plants. In preferred embodiments, the compositions provide a source of phosphorus, a source of nitrogen, a source of boron, a source of copper, a source of manganese, a source of zinc, and a source of sulfur in a single application, with highly efficient uptake by plants. The compositions generally comprise a mixture of two or three types of granules, each providing a supply of one or more nutrients. It has been discovered that the components of the three types of granules interact in a synergistic manner, such that problems associated to with certain nutrients in soil are overcome, thereby providing a highly efficient multi-nutrient fertilizer.
