METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FERTILIZER PRODUCT
20200123074 · 2020-04-23 · ·

A method of forming a fertilizer product having a preselected viscosity. The method includes forming a mixture including a biosolids cake having biosolids defining a biosolids content thereof, and alkali in a predetermined amount based on the biosolids content of the biosolids cake. Sufficient process liquid is included in the mixture to result in the fertilizer product having a product biosolids content of up to approximately 16% by weight of the fertilizer product. With a mixing element, the mixture is mixed for a predetermined time period. The mixing element rotates at a predetermined tip speed during the predetermined time period, to produce the fertilizer product.

The ZW treatment system includes a ZW process employing the following individual processes: a separation and extraction process, a blend-heat process, a hydrolysis and acidification process, first-in, first-out (FIFO) anaerobic digestion process, an aerobic boost-blend process, and smart delivery process. A separation and extraction system, a blend-heat system, hydrolysis and acidification system, and a FIFO system performing the ZW treatment process may include a variety of tanks, where each tank may be placed in an enclosure comprising a modular container which, in turn, comprises a modular container system designed for mobility and transportable to remote sites as part of the smart delivery process.

System for implementation or de-pollution and revitalization of artificial or natural lakes

A system for implementation or de-pollution and revitalization of artificial or natural lakes, inserted in land block and street structures around them, aiming at modulation in the artificial or natural lakes, insertion of dividing walls made of vinyl curtain, land dykes, concrete walls, or any other way, dividing the artificial or natural lake in isolated places, so there is no contact between the water of each module, considering that each module can be used for different activities, such as bathing, water sports, fishing, etc., considering that the water of the artificial or natural lake is de-polluted through the portable or the stationary treatment unit and preferably, conditioned into containers.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CONCENTRATING DIGESTATE FROM BIOGAS
20200061541 · 2020-02-27 ·

Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to methods and systems of concentrating effluent, removing nitrogen from an effluent, and producing fertilizer from an effluent. In an embodiment, the effluent is a digestate, such as from a biomass digester. In an embodiment, the digestate is concentrated and nitrogen is removed by performing forward osmosis using a draw solution and the digestate as a feed solution. The draw solution is subjected to reverse osmosis to produce an ammonium salt fertilizer. Phosphorus in the effluent may be precipitated as a struvite fertilizer.

Process for producing hydro-mulch composition from muck

A combination of mulch and sterilized organic fertilizer is provided for hydro seeding and hydro-mulching for seed establishment and erosion control. The composition includes hammer milled straw, horse manure and urine, sterilized with heat and processed to provide an optimal particle size. The incorporation of horse manure utilizes a dispersible natural fertilizer collected and processed within a certain time frame which provides an efficient method of recycling green horse manure and liquid waste having a higher acidity than decomposed animal waste. Tackifiers and flocculants such as ground paper aid pumpability and help tack the straw fibers to the ground. The equipment includes a gas heat source, a dryer vessel and a processing unit. The dryer vessel receives the bedding composed of straw and manure for contact with the heated gases to convert the same to a sterilized dry material.
