According to the invention the vaporizer comprises a substance cartridge comprising the at least one vaporizable substance, wherein the vaporizable substance is provided as a substance section on or as a tape, and the substance section is arranged movable in a predefined transport direction in the substance cartridge.

An outer surface of the mouthpiece portion includes a vapor outlet, coupled to a first distal end of the longitudinal vapor channel. The internal fluid reservoir is integrally formed with the mouthpiece portion as a single-piece construction, wherein the internal fluid reservoir comprises an empty volume disposed between an outer surface of the longitudinal vapor channel and an inner surface of the mouthpiece portion. The atomizer is configured to receive a fluid stored in the internal fluid reservoir of the mouthpiece portion, wherein the atomizer includes at least one heating element for vaporizing the fluid received from the internal fluid reservoir of the mouthpiece portion.

A mouthpiece portion of an electronic cigarette includes a cartridge comprising a liquid store having a housing configured to store a liquid to be vaporized, the cartridge comprising a main vapor channel extending therethrough, between an air inlet opening through a vaporization chamber and to a vapor outlet opening; a mouthpiece connectable to a main body of the electronic cigarette, the mouthpiece comprising a vapor channel for receiving vapor from the main vapor channel of the cartridge. The cartridge is axially displaceable by a consumer with respect to the mouthpiece in the axial direction and movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position both the air inlet opening and the vapor outlet opening of the cartridge are open, and in the second position both the air inlet opening and the vapor outlet opening of the cartridge are closed.

The invention relates to an ultrasonic mist inhaler (100), comprising: a mouthpiece (1) for inhaling the mist, a liquid reservoir structure (2) comprising a liquid chamber (21) adapted to receive liquid to be atomized, a sonication chamber (22) in fluid communication with the liquid chamber (21), wherein at least part of the liquid reservoir structure (2) and the mouthpiece (1) form the sonication chamber (22).
