Multi-phase delivery compositions and products incorporating such compositions
The present disclosure relates to compositions that are useful in the delivery of various materials. In particular, the compositions comprise a suspension wherein an internal phase material is surrounded by an external phase material. The internal phase specifically can be a hydrophilic material, and the external phase specifically can be a hydrophobic material. The materials are combined so that the internal phase is substantially encapsulated by the external phase such that release can be controlled in relation to osmotic pressure differentials. The suspension can be combined with a carrier, and various systems and products can be formed with the suspension and optional carrier, such as oral strips, spray delivery systems, smokeless tobacco products, aerosol delivery devices, cigarettes, and packaging.

Smoking article and method
A smoking article provides one or more sheets of material that can be rolled and packaged, at least one sheet including cellulose. In one embodiment, cellulose and tobacco sheet material are separately rolled layers that can optionally be wrapped around a form casing (or pre-rolled inside) and then packaged. In another embodiment, the sheet is a laminated sheet of tobacco and cellulose layers that can be optionally wrapped around (or pre-rolled inside) a form casing. These sheets can be filled with custom tobacco to make one or more new cigars for an end user. In another embodiment, a complete cigar filled with tobacco material can be disassembled by an end user to produce tobacco and cellulose sheets, enabling the end user to form two new cigars using his or her own custom tobacco.

MOISTURE BARRIERS FOR PAPER MATERIALS
Provided herein is a tobacco packaging material, comprising a paper material coated with at least one polymer layer. The polymer layer comprises at least one repulpable polymer, and wherein the tobacco packaging material has a water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) that is at least 90% lower than the paper material. Further provided is a tobacco package comprising the tobacco packaging material, wherein the tobacco package is substantially free of any foil inner liner or polypropylene film. Further described is a method for making the tobacco packaging material, comprising extrusion coating at least one repulpable polymer onto a paper material to form a polymer layer, and optionally further depositing at least one atomic layer deposition (ALD) layer that comprises a metal oxide.
Container used to transport and protect consumable cylindrical items
A container used to transport and protect cylindrical consumable items is disclosed. This invention has reinforced walls made of a strong plastic material, a large latch that is easy to open, a gasket seal, and a removable insert with contoured inner chambers that reduce the amount of movement the contents of the case can go through during travel. Once the insert is removed the container becomes a crafting station for cylindrical consumables and the insert becomes a stand holder for crafted cylindrical consumables.
Storage case and methods thereof
A hand-held case is provided. In exemplary embodiments, the hand-held case comprises a central compartment defined by an outer wall, the central compartment sized to accept a smokable herb; a top lid comprising a cover for covering the central compartment, the top lid movable from a closed position to an open position; a bottom lid comprising a slidable cover for covering a bottom compartment; a tool compartment for storing a tool, the tool compartment disposed on a lateral side of the central compartment; and a pipe compartment for storing a pipe, the pipe compartment disposed on an opposite lateral side of the central compartment from the tool compartment.
Slidable locking collar cigarette box with rate and number limiting features
A lockable cigarette box has a slidable collar which slides upwards and links to a cover of the box to hold the cover closed in an embodiment of the disclosed technology. Further, a locking mechanism within the slidable collar which attaches to a front side of the cover keeps the cigarette box closed and locked at times. One can use a dial, button, or other input to set a time and/or to run a program which allows the box to opened only up to a certain amount of times per unit of time (rate) and/or a certain total number of times over the course of the program. This allows a person to control the maximum number of cigarettes removed over a period of time and how fast the cigarettes are removed.
Package for tobacco related articles having an outer shell and an inner body, blanks and methods of manufacture
The invention relates to a package for tobacco related articles, in particular cigarettes, comprising an inner body (1) and an outer shell (2), wherein the inner body is configured to contain the tobacco related article, in particular the cigarettes, wherein the inner body and the outer shell are configured such that the inner body (1) can be shifted within the outer shell (2) in a longitudinal direction of the tobacco related articles, in particular in a longitudinal direction of the cigarettes, and wherein the inner body (1) and the outer shell (2) comprise a first stopping mechanism for stopping the lower bottom wall of the inner body from moving outside or substantially outside the bottom opening of the outer shell and a second stopping mechanism for preventing the lower bottom wall of the inner body from moving outside the upper end of the outer shell. The invention also relates to blanks for manufacturing the package and a method of manufacturing the package.
Packaging machine for a package, and packaging method therefor
A packaging machine includes: a conveying machine that conveys a package blank for a package; a lid-side magnetizing roller that is supported so as to be able to come into contact with the lid-side magnetic region of the package blank, and so as to be rotatable when coming into contact, and has a permanent magnet which magnetizes a magnetic material of the lid-side magnetic region; and a body-side magnetizing roller that is supported so as to be able to come into contact with the body-side magnetic region of the package blank, and so as to be rotatable when coming into contact, and has a permanent magnet for magnetizing a magnetic material of the body-side magnetic region so as to form a predetermined magnetic distribution corresponding to a magnetic distribution in the lid-side magnetic region formed by the lid-side magnetizing roller.
