Cigar holder for golf cart
A cigar holder assembly adapted for use with a golf bag or golf cart. The cigar holder assembly includes a clamp, a cigar tube, and a multi-positional swivel connector configured to permit adjustment of the position of the cigar tube relative to the clamp.
SYSTEM FOR SIMULATING ASH REMOVAL FROM A SMOKING ARTICLE AND A RELATED METHOD
A system for simulating ash removal from a smoking article and a related method are provided. The system includes a support arrangement supporting at least a portion of a smoking article to form a cantilever with respect to the support arrangement. The system also includes a suction device in fluid communication with the first longitudinal end of the smoking article, the suction device being configured to apply suction to the first longitudinal end to simulate a draw or puff on the smoking article. The system further includes an ignition device configured to ignite an ignitable material of the smoking article about the second longitudinal end thereof, the ignited ignitable material being transformed to an ash in response to successive draws or puffs applied by the suction device. The system still further including an ash-dislodging mechanism configured to selectively impact the cantilevered smoking article to periodically remove the ash.
Covered ashtray
A covered ashtray having an opening in one sidewall or a cover thereof, which permits a tip of a lit smoking article, such as for example a cigar or cigarette, to be suspended within the interior of the ashtray. Retention structure may be provided to securely retain the smoking article in position in the opening. The housing and cover may be manufactured as a single unit, or separately, and later connected. Preferably, at least a portion of the cover or housing is openable (e.g. hinged or completely removable) to permit emptying the contents of the ashtray.
Ashtray device for separating ash and butts
An ashtray device (1) for collecting cigarette or cigar ash and butts, the device comprising a separation mechanism (2) for separating the ash from the butts, and at least two containers (10, 11), wherein a first container (10) is positioned so as to receive the butts and a second container (11) is positioned so as to receive the ash.
PORTABLE CIGAR ASHTRAY
A portable cigar ashtray for use in a cup holder of a vehicle includes a shell that has a bottom. A wall is coupled to and extends upwardly from the bottom. The wall has an upper perimeter defining a top of the shell, which is open. A rim that is complementary to the upper perimeter is coupled to the upper perimeter. A plurality of retainers is coupled to the rim. A blade is coupled to the rim. The shell is configured to insert into a cup holder. The retainers are positioned on the rim and are configured to maintain a lit end of a cigar in position over the top of the shell. The blade is positioned on the rim and is configured to cut off a head end of the cigar.
Combined cigarette package and waste storage receptacle apparatus
A conventional cigarette pack includes a thin pouch of heat-resistant flexible material disposed therein. The pouch has a recloseable top opening that is sized to permit a cigarette butt to be placed in the pouch following withdrawal of a cigarette from the pack. The pouch expands to fill the space in the pack created when each successive cigarette is withdrawn to be smoked. When the entire contents of the pack are consumed by the smoker, the pack and/or the pouch filled with butts can responsibly be disposed of to avoid adverse environmental impact.
PORTABLE DEPOSIT COMPARTMENT FOR WASTE COLLECTION
The present invention relates to a bag design to receiving a by-product of a primary product, the bag comprising: a receptacle forming at least one interior compartment and formed from a unitary sheet, wherein an opening is formed to the at least one interior compartment, and a plurality of folding creases are disposed distal to the opening; an adhesive strip disposed on the exterior surface of the rear panel; a first portion of a locking mechanism disposed below the folding creases on the exterior surface of the front panel; a second portion of a locking mechanism disposed distal to the opening on the exterior surface of the rear panel and substantially aligned with the first portion of the locking mechanism.
Holder for cigars, and the like
The present invention provide a new and novel holder for storing unlit articles to be smoked, such as cigar, and holding such articles when they are lit and not currently being smoked. When the holder is in a closed position, it acts as a carrying case for a number of articles to be smoked of any size (adjustable for lengths). When opened, the unit can be easily mounted to any frictional engagement device, such as a golf cart ball holder tray or easily with the cup-holder adapter. The device can also easily be applied to any cup holder typically found within golf carts, boats, and vehicles and any other structure that includes a cup holder.
RECREATIONAL SMOKING GUN
A recreational smoking gun for dispensing smoke includes a gun housing, a manifold assembly, a bowl assembly, a motor, a trigger assembly and a pivot arm. The gun housing is in the form of a pistol and has a grip portion, a barrel portion and a muzzle. The manifold assembly can be selectively removable from the gun housing. The trigger assembly can have a trigger that selectively moves between an unactuated position and an actuated position. In the actuated position, the motor rotates a fan causing smoke from the product to be drawn through the manifold assembly and out of the muzzle. The pivot arm can be pivotably coupled to the gun housing and rotatable between a use position and a maintenance position. In the use position, the manifold assembly is captured in the gun housing. In the maintenance position, the manifold assembly is selectively movable from the gun housing.
