Combine with Seed Dispensing Device
An agricultural combine including a residue spreading system adapted for spreading residue onto a field. The residue spreading system includes a seed container and a seed dispensing system adapted to dispense seeds from the seed container into the residue so that, in operation, the dispensed seeds are spread onto the field together with the residue.
Versatile no-till seed planter
A seed planter comprises a frame including a main frame section and a furrowing disk frame section. A plurality of planter assemblies may be connected to the main frame section, and a plurality of furrowing disks may be connected to the furrowing disk frame section. At least one linkage may connect the main frame section and the furrowing disk frame section, and at least one motor may be configured to move the furrowing disk frame section with respect to the main frame section, wherein the at least one linkage permits the furrowing disk frame section to move to a low position for no-till planting and move to a high position for prepared seed beds or conventional planting.
Reseeding device
A reseeding device (1) is configured for introducing grass seeds into an existing turf, comprising a rotatable shaft (2) which is provided with a number of blades (3) along its length which are at right angles to the shaft (2) and which are configured for cutting furrows into the turf and loosening and removing parts of the turf, a seed distributor (4) configured for spreading grass seeds at least in the furrows produced, in which the device (1) is configured, in use, to discharge the material loosened by the blades (3) over the shaft (2) and the seed distributor (4), along a direction (A) opposite to the direction of travel, so that the scattered grass seeds are at least partly covered by the loosened material. This reseeding device (1) prevents loosend material from forming an ipediment during reseeding.
DOUBLE-SHOOT DISC DRILL USING TWO DISTINCT STAGGERED ROW UNITS
This application relates to disc drill agricultural implements configured to form product rows in a planting surface of a field. The disc drill may include two different sections of row units, the first section containing single-shoot row units and the second section containing double-shoot row units. The configuration may be used to produce three sets of product rows which may be used placement of seeds, fertilizer and/or other agricultural products.

System and method for detecting the operational status of a residue removal device of a seed-planting implement
A system for detecting the operational status of a seed-planting implement. The system includes a row unit including a frame and a residue removal device coupled to the frame. The residue removal device is configured to remove residue from a path of the row unit. The system further includes a sensor configured to capture data indicative of at least one of a position or an acceleration of the residue removal device. The system further includes a controller configured to monitor the data received from the sensor and compare at least one monitored value associated with the at least one of the position or the acceleration of the residue removal device to a predetermined threshold value set for the residue removal device. The controller is further configured to identify the residue removal device as being plugged when the at least one monitored value differs from the predetermined threshold value.
AGRICULTURAL ROW UNIT ACCESSORY
A tool assembly is provided for a planter row unit and resides at the forward end of the row unit beneath the tool bar. The assembly includes a bracket assembly connected to the row unit, with a ground engaging tool removably mounted on the bracket assembly for movement between raised and lowered positions. A linear actuator controls the position of the tool. The tool may also include a depth control mechanism. Different tools can be interchanged on the bracket assembly.
VERTICAL FARMING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An automatic vertical farming system may include a frame defining at least one growth area and configured to support a plurality of vertical plant growth structures within the at least one growth area. The system may include at least one robot disposed on a top side of the frame and movably supported by the frame. At least one robot may include at least one tool configured to manipulate the plurality of vertical plant growth structures. The system may include at least one infiltration chamber configured to contain at least one of the plurality of vertical plant growth structures and expose the vertical plant growth structure to an inoculant. The system may include a control system including at least one processor configured to automatically control operation of the at least one robot and the at least one infiltration chamber.
Fertilizer and depth guide means with trailing in-line seeder
A seed drill having a frame, to which at least one seeding coulter and a fertiliser coulter arranged upstream of the seeding coulter in a working direction are connected. The seeding coulter and the fertiliser coulter are each assigned depth control.
Agricultural planter including adjustable row cleaners
An agricultural planter is operable in a travel direction and a travel velocity and configured to dispense seeds into a furrow formed within an agricultural surface. An adjustment assembly is for the agricultural planter and includes a bracket configured to be coupled to a frame of the agricultural planter and a debris cleaner coupled to the bracket. The debris cleaner is configured such that during operation of the agricultural planter the debris cleaner has, relative to the travel direction, a leading edge and a trailing edge. The debris cleaner is movable such that a distance between the leading and trailing edges in the travel direction is adjustable.
