Refill adapter cap for a refill receptacle to refill liquid in an electronic smoking device
A refill adapter cap (100) is provided for a refill receptacle adapted to refill the liquid reservoir of an electronic smoking device via the refill adapter cap, wherein the refill adapter cap comprises a first end (101) with an opening (110) and a connection portion (120), adapted for the connection to a refill receptacle. Furthermore, the refill adapter cap comprises a second end (102) with an injection portion (130) that protrudes from the second end and defines a liquid outlet hole (131). Moreover, the refill adapter cap comprises a liquid flow channel (140) interconnecting the first end and the second end, allowing for liquid to flow through the refill adapter cap. The liquid flow channel comprises a slope section (160) adapted to reduce the flow rate of liquid passing the liquid flow channel.
Vaporizer
An electronic cigarette or vaporizer may include a shell and a cartomizer receivable within a chamber within a portion of the shell. A basin may be included in the cartomizer to hold a vaporizable fluid, dry substance, or other vaporizable substance such as a wax. A heating element may be provided within the basin which may have a flexible non-conductive material and a flexible conductive material.

The cartridge body portion further includes a consumable arrangement comprising at least an aerosol precursor composition and at least one heating element operably engaged therewith, and a second control component. At least the consumable arrangement is configured to be in communication with the first control component upon engagement between the cartridge body and control body portions.

The present disclosure is directed to an aerosol delivery device and a holder for use with a removable substrate cartridge. In one implementation, the holder may include first and second body portions that may be rotatably attached at a hinge feature and that may define respective first and second ends. One or more of the first or second body portions may define a receiving compartment proximate a distal end thereof that is configured to receive the removable cartridge, and one or more of the first or second body portions may define an aerosol passage extending from the receiving compartment through the first end thereof. One or more of the first or second body portions may be configured to rotate relative to the other portion to and from an open position, in which the receiving compartment is accessible, and a closed position, in which the receiving compartment is substantially enclosed.

An elastic locking mechanism, an atomizer for an electronic cigarette, and an electronic cigarette are disclosed. The elastic locking mechanism includes an upper cover removably arranged on an opening end of a liquid storage assembly, a screw cap sleeved outside the upper cover, an upper engagement component arranged on the screw cap, a lower engagement component arranged on the upper cover, and an elastic element mounted between the screw cap and the upper cover to prevent the upper engagement component and the lower engagement component from engaging each other. When the screw cap is pressed down or pulled up, the elastic element is compressed or stretched so that the upper engagement component engages the lower engagement component, and the upper cover is driven to rotate together with the screw cap by rotating the screw cap.

An elastic locking mechanism, an atomizer for an electronic cigarette, and an electronic cigarette are disclosed. The elastic locking mechanism includes an upper cover removably arranged on an opening end of a liquid storage assembly, a screw cap sleeved outside the upper cover, an upper engagement component arranged on the screw cap, a lower engagement component arranged on the upper cover, and an elastic element mounted between the screw cap and the upper cover to prevent the upper engagement component and the lower engagement component from engaging each other. When the screw cap is pressed down or pulled up, the elastic element is compressed or stretched so that the upper engagement component engages the lower engagement component, and the upper cover is driven to rotate together with the screw cap by rotating the screw cap.
