The operating data of the atomizer and the alcohol concentration data can be transmitted to the portable electronic device and/or the server for being analyzed and storage.

A viscous concentrate dispensing device includes a storage container tube configured to hold a viscous concentrate, a first cap configured to fit over a first end of the storage container tube, and a second cap configured to fit over a second end of the storage container tube.
