The atomizer further includes a liquid blocking element defining a notch. The liquid blocking element is capable of rotating relative to the main body between a first position where the liquid blocking element prevents the tobacco liquid in the liquid chamber from flowing into the liquid passage, and a second position where the notch is in alignment with the liquid passage, so that the tobacco liquid flows to the atomizing component via the liquid passage.
