A system that embodies a fastener assembly for converting conventional hems to adjustable cuffs is provided. The fastener assembly may include a pair of complementary magnetically attracted elements spaced apart and attachable near the bottom hem or cuff of a pant leg, allowing the hem or cuff to be adjusted in length through a push-pull mechanism by turning the hem/cuff up or down at a desired configuration. The fastener assembly is integrated into the pant leg so it is not externally visible and does not require installation or removal after the initial incorporation.

A wearable article is provided that includes embedded fidget elements that may be manipulated by the wearer. The fidget elements can be discreetly incorporated into various locations on the wearable article such as at hemlines, pockets, and other areas accessible to the wearer of the article of clothing. An article of clothing, or garment, disclosed herein includes a sleeve with a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the sleeve is coupled to the remainder of the garment, while the distal end of the garment includes a placket and a cuff. Disposed within the placket is a gusset constructed from a resilient material that enables the gusset to stretch and impart a compression fit around the arm of the user.
