FOOTWEAR KNITTING METHOD, FOOTWEAR MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND FOOTWEAR
Provided is a footwear knitting method for knitting footwear that partially has a two-layer structure. The footwear knitting method is a method for knitting footwear (1) provided with a base knitted fabric portion (2) that has a foot insertion opening (5), and is shape of an item of footwear, using a flat knitting machine. The footwear knitting method includes: starting knitting of the base knitted fabric portion (2) from a toe side or a heel side of the base knitted fabric portion (2) to complete the base knitted fabric portion (2) with a left side part and a right side part of the base knitted fabric portion (2) facing each other in a front-back direction of needle beds; knitting an additional knitted fabric portion (3) that is separate from the base knitted fabric portion (2), and is bag-shaped with one end open and the other end closed, before or during the knitting of the base knitted fabric portion (2); and joining, using double stitches, a part of an opening edge of the additional knitted fabric portion (3) with a toe-side edge part or a heel-side edge part of an edge of the foot insertion opening (5) of the base knitted fabric portion (2).
SOCK WITH A SOLE COMPRISING HEXAGONALLY SHAPED EMBOSSED SURFACES
A sock having a sock fabric part covering the top and ankle regions of the foot and a sole having a layered structure combined with the sock fabric part. The sock has a plurality of embossed surfaces configured on the surface of said sole that contacts the ground and hexagonally shaped sole components formed by these embossed surfaces when they come together, protrusions provided on the embossed surfaces found on the top and toe regions of the sole, and channels provided among the embossed surfaces.
PRINTED SOCK WITH CHANGEABLE APPEARANCE WHEN CUFFED
An outer appearance of a printed sock is changed when a cuff is formed. An outer graphic pattern is printed on an outer surface of a leg-covering portion of the printed sock. An inner graphic pattern is printed on an inner surface of a cuff portion of the printed sock. The inner printed graphic pattern is outwardly visible when the cuff is formed and changes the outer appearance of the printed sock.
KNITTED PART
A knitted part flat-knitted from at least one knitting thread, said knitted part including a ground fabric portion having a plurality of ground fabric courses, and also at least one wave portion which extends across a plurality of wales, which include a plurality of wave portion courses and in which, in each case, a loop has been knitted in a first wale in a first wave portion course and every further wave portion course, whereas, in each case, in an adjacent second wale, a loop knitted in the first wave portion course extends across a plurality of wave portion courses, wherein at least one elastic weft thread runs through at least a portion of the ground fabric courses and the wave portion courses.
Sock with functional biomechanical, circulatory and neurological efficacy
A sock or similar garment includes a foot part and a leg part, the foot part being designed to overlap the foot of a user and the leg part being designed to overlap at least part of the leg up to below the knee. Optionally, the foot part is closed by a toe part. The sock has, in one or more areas of its surface extension, one or more structural modification elements of at least one layer of the knitting that forms the wall of the stock. Those modification elements may be applied with different techniques, for example, printed with silk-screen, or incorporated or intertwined into or on the structure of the sock's mesh, and are configured to enhance the functionality of the leg and foot according to biomechanical, circulatory and neurological aspects, harmonizing those effects with each other, obtaining therapeutic efficacy and providing prevention and performance enhancement.
ULTRA-FINE HIGH-STRENGTH POLYAMIDE MULTIFILAMENT, AND COVERING YARN, STOCKING, AND FABRIC USING SAME
A polyamide multifilament has a total fineness of 4.0-6.0 dtex, a single yarn fineness of 1.2 dtex or below, a strength-elongation product of 9.1 or above, and an elongation degree of 40-50%. A polyamide fiber has a small total fineness and single fiber fineness while having a high strength-elongation product and exhibiting a low unevenness (U%) in the longitudinal direction. Stockings exhibit an excellent higher-order process passability and productivity and exhibit an excellent softness, durability, and transparent feel and a fabric exhibits an excellent softness and durability.
Sock and Shoe
Described is a sock, in particular a soccer sock, having at least one first portion with a synthetic fiber having a diameter of less than 1 μm, wherein the at least one first portion is arranged at least partly in a heel part of the sock, and wherein the at least one first portion comprises more than 30%, preferably more than 50% and more preferably more than 80% of the surface of the sock encompassing a foot of a wearer when worn.

Knit sock with targeted compression zone
A knit sock includes a foot portion having an upper instep area and a lower sole area integrally knit of a body yarn in circumferential courses and axial wales. The lower sole area defines inner and outer arch regions. The inner arch region incorporates a targeted compression zone adapted to reside generally adjacent an inner arch of a wearer's foot. The compression zone includes axially extending compression ridges of variable length spaced apart from a top of the compression zone to a bottom of the compression zone. When the sock is worn, a compression force applied by the foot portion within the targeted compression zone is greater than the compression force in directly adjacent areas of said foot portion.
Slip preventing agent for socks
A slip preventing agent for socks of the present invention contains an acrylic acid based polymer, glycerin, and a fatty acid dextrin. It is preferred that an amount of the fatty acid dextrin in the slip preventing agent for socks is in the range of 0.05 to 1 mass %. It is also preferred that an amount of the acrylic acid based polymer in the slip preventing agent for socks is in the range of 0.01 to 10 mass %. It is also preferred that an amount of the glycerin in the slip preventing agent for socks is in the range of 0.1 to 80 mass %. Furthermore, it is also preferred when the amount of the fatty acid dextrin is defined as A [mass %] and the amount of the acrylic acid based polymer is defined as B [mass %], the following relation is satisfied: 0.02≦B/A≦20.
