MULTI-LAYER NURSING BRA AND NURSING BRA SYSTEM
Concepts provided are directed to a multi-layer nursing bra and a nursing bra system to be worn by a wearer. The multi-layer nursing bra includes an outer layer positioned over an inner layer. One or more edges of the outer layer and one or more edges of the inner layer may be manipulated to form an opening for breast feeding. The nursing bra system is composed of the multi-layer nursing bra and an upper-body garment configured to be layered over the multi-layer nursing bra. The upper-body garment includes a nursing opening on a front portion of the upper-body garment to provide access to the opening created in the multi-layer nursing bra when needed.
Undergarment Receiving a Thin Intermediate Bonding Layer Between Two Textiles Prior To Thermoforming
A process for manufacturing an undergarment having two superimposed textiles, comprising depositing on certain parts of reinforcements (8) comprising a thick layer of a shaped memory foam elastic material, the polymerization of this material and also the shaping of the textiles of the undergarment by thermoforming, characterized in that it comprises a step of depositing, on the entire surface of at least the textiles, a thin layer of an elastic adhesive-bonding material, and then a step of polymerizing this thin layer of adhesive bonding during the thermoforming for shaping, and in that it comprises a step of prior depositing, on the textile receiving the layer of reinforcement (8), of a barrier layer of an elastic material, which is polymerized before the depositing of this reinforcement.
METHOD FOR FABRICATING BRA STRUCTURE
A method for fabricating a bra structure includes forming an integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate, and compression-molding the integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate to form the bra structure. The bra structure includes two cups connected to each other, each having an apex area and a peripheral area, wherein each the apex is proximate centrally middle area of an associated cup of the two cups and each the peripheral is proximate laterally outer area of the associated cup, and two wings respectively extending from the peripheral areas of the two cups, wherein ends of the wings, which are far away from the cups, are configured to be fastened together. The two cups and two wings are made of the integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate, and the integral 3D knitted-fabric substrate is compressed to have a larger thickness in the apex areas than in the peripheral areas and the wings.
Movement-reactive athletic apparel and methods of making the same
Articles of athletic garments, particularly sports bra and methods of treating the athletic garments with a shear thickening fluid (STF) are disclosed. The athletic garment comprises a STF treated fabric. The STF treated fabric in contact with the wearer's body part restricts movement of the body part when the shear stress exceeds the shear stress threshold value and stretches and conforms to the wearer's body part when the shear stress is less than the shear stress threshold value. The STF treatment method may include immersing the untreated fabric in a diluted STF bath, metering an amount of the fluid on the fabric, and removing the diluent from the treated fabric.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AND APPLICATION OF BODY SMOOTHING KNITTED UNDERWEAR CAPABLE OF BEING USED AS OUTERWEAR
The present invention provides a method of manufacturing and an application of body smoothing knitted underwear capable of being used as an outerwear. The method includes the following steps: raw material preparation, knitting, dyeing, setting, cutting and sewing, bonding, ironing and finishing. The method can be realized by using the existing combined cylinder knitting device. Through the innovation of raw materials and processes, the underwear produced is soft, comfortable, breathable and warm, and has modest elasticity and the body smoothing function, which can tighten the skin. It is beautiful and elegant, and suitable for outside wearing as well.

FORMED BRASSIERE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A brassiere and associated method of manufacture is presented. A graticulate support member is producible by additive printing. The graticulate support member may be positioned between each of a first cup cover and a second cup cover of the brassiere. The graticulate support member may include a thickness gradient devised to maintain rigidity of the formed cup from a maximum thickness medially centered at a first edge of the graticulate support member towards a minimum thickness realized at the extremity of a second edge.
Brassiere having reduced seams in the back and method of making
A brassiere and method of making including a front portion configured to receive the breasts of the wearer and a back panel including a first lateral side affixed to the front portion and a second lateral side affixed to the front portion. The back panel includes an inner fabric layer configured to contact the wearer's skin, an outer fabric layer opposing the inner fabric layer, and reinforcing panels positioned between the inner fabric layer and the outer fabric layer. A first reinforcing panel extends from the first lateral side, a second reinforcing panel extends from a second lateral side and a third reinforcing panel extends between, but not in contact with, the first and second reinforcing panels.
