The present teaching relates to a protector capable of dynamically deploying protection to a user. Data are received from a plurality of sensors embedded in the protector, worn by a user on head and for providing protection to the user based on need. The data capture information surrounding the protector and are used to detect a closest distance associated with a person among one or more people appearing nearby the user. If the closest distance satisfies a first condition, the protector applies protection to the user via at least one protection sheet stored in the protector to create a barrier between the user and the one or more people.

The sensory substitution system includes a portable matrix of exciters that can be worn by a user in such a way that the exciters are placed against the skin of a user, as well as a control circuit for the exciters of the matrix. An asynchronous signal source provides the control circuit with an asynchronous signal representative of visual information organised according to a matrix of pixels. This invention is directed toward a garment that is comfortable to wear and can safely, with easy accessibility, securely store a cell phone and other important items. Two vertical side hip interior pockets are sewn to the inner layer at the outside of the seamless, knitted “boy short” underwear at the hips of the user, making it comfortable for a user to carry a cell phone and/or other items. The shorts have a thin line of reflective fabric on the seams and hem of the shorts, providing safety for the user.

Aspects herein are directed to an apparel thermo-regulatory system that actively heats or cools a wearer. The apparel thermo-regulatory system comprises an apparel item, a dimensionally stable frame comprising at least one aperture that is affixed to an outer-facing surface of the apparel item at a predetermined location, an absorbent material applied to an exposed face of the dimensionally stable frame, and at least one thermoelectric module that is releasably positioned within the aperture of the dimensionally stable frame.

The wearable article 200 comprises an electronics module 100. An electronics module holder 203 holds the electronics module 100. A visual marker 205 is located on an outside surface of the wearable article 200 at a position corresponding to the electronics module holder 203. The module 100 comprises a housing, and a processor 101 and electronics component 111 disposed within the housing. The electronics component 111 detects an object being brought into proximity with the electronics module 100. The visual marker 205 indicates the location of the electronics component 111 in the electronics module holder 203. The electronics component 111 generates a signal in response to the object being brought into the vicinity of the visual marker 205. The processor 101 is arranged to receive the signal generated by the electronics component 111 and is arranged to perform an action in response to receiving the signal.

A face mask which displays information to another person. The facemask can display medical information. Specifically, the medical information displayed can be the vaccination status of the wearer, where the vaccination status of the wearer relates to the number of doses received for a vaccine regime of the vaccine which is used to prevent the spread of an infectious disease causing a pandemic. Markings on the outer surface of the face covering structure of the face mask convey the information.

The inner biosensing textile (200) comprises a textile panel (201). The present specification discloses a pulsed electromagnetic field system with planar microcoil arrays integrated into clothing. Preferably, each of the planar microcoil arrays has two or more planar microcoils positioned on a substrate that stretches so that the distance between the arrays in a first, unworn configuration and a second, worn configuration is greater than 5% of the distance in the first, unworn configuration. The planar microcoil arrays are connected to a neuromodulation controller and configured to generate an electrical current and transmit that electrical current, in accordance with a particular stimulation protocol, to each of the planar microcoil arrays.

The present invention teaches a multi-layered nursing garment. The multi-layered nursing garment includes breasts support having a pair of breast cups, shoulder straps and a chest band. Each breast cup is comprised of two or more layers. Further a clasp for attaching an outer removable layer with a shoulder strap and a clip is configured for attaching another, inner layer. The invention provides a number of combinations of clips, clasps, and layers but which a breastfeeding woman can selectively open the nursing garment to accomplish breastfeeding and/or milk pumping from either breast, and has the capacity to engage in said events simultaneously.
