A baby onesie to be worn by a baby includes body covering material configured to cover a body of the body, the body covering material including an opening through which the baby's head can protrude out from, a neckline provided around a perimeter of the opening, the neckline including a neckline fastener configured to be fastened and unfastened to thereby close and open the neckline, respectively, a zipper configured to open and close the body covering material, and a zipper locking mechanism attached to the zipper, the zipper locking mechanism configured to selectively attach to the neckline fastener and thereby lock the zipper in place according to whether the neckline fastener is fastened or unfastened.

A garment with configurable shoulder sections is disclosed. The shoulder sections may generally be configured in at least an open configuration and a closed configuration. This may allow the garment to be placed on a person's body without having to manipulate the person's arms and hands through the sleeves, or head and neck through a top opening. The garment also includes a finger-pocket snap attachment mechanism positioned on the shoulder sections.

The digit sheaths include at least a first sheath corresponding to the first digit of a wearer's hand and second sheath corresponding to one or more of the other digits of a wearer's hand. The radial side includes a first zipper and a first fastening strap. The ulnar side includes a second zipper and a second fastening strap. The first zipper is parallel with and opposite to the second zipper. The dorsal side includes a fastener spanning the dorsal section. The fastening straps are configured to removably attach to the fastener to secure the glove body to a wearer's hand.

The invention provides for an infant bodysuit (10) of multi-layer construction which includes a fabric layer (30) laminated to the inside of the infant bodysuit (10) which fabric layer (30) may consist of a substantially water proof membrane (32) which operatively serves to retain moisture on the inside thereof and allow transfer of moisture through the membrane and evaporation thereof on the outside of the membrane, characterised in that the membrane is an imperforate monolithic membrane that may be selected to provide a transfer mechanism for moisture which includes the steps of absorption of moisture on one side of the membrane where there may be higher humidity, diffusion through the membrane, and desorption of moisture on the other side of the membrane where there may be lower humidity.

In some embodiments, a hood and outerwear garments with single attachment points for children wearing coats in car safety seats are disclosed. In some embodiments, the outerwear garment is comprised of a winter bonnet having an insulated lining and a single attachment point at the upper anterior portion of a coat. In some embodiments, the single anterior attachment prevents the hood from being inadvertently lodged behind a child—potentially limiting the safety seat's ability to secure the child. An object of some embodiments is to prevent a hood from interfering with car safety seat restraint systems.

In some embodiments, a hood and outerwear garments with single attachment points for children wearing coats in car safety seats are disclosed. In some embodiments, the outerwear garment is comprised of a winter bonnet having an insulated lining and a single attachment point at the upper anterior portion of a coat. The novel dual-layer garment includes an outer layer made from a fluid-repellant or leak-proof fabric and an inner absorbent layer assembled therewith. The inner layer is made to slow down fluid absorption as compared to regular baby diapers in order to keep the child feeling wet for an extended, yet limited period of time. The adult version of the garment may feature several tight bands along the full length of the garment so as to compartmentalize several sections thereof and limit fluid runoff to avoid an outside leakage of fluids.
