WHITE OLED DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A white organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. By making an organic fluorescent color conversion film including a first conversion film and a second conversion film respectively disposed on a green color resist and a red color resist, the first conversion film converts cyan light into green light, and the second conversion film converts yellow orange light into red light. This can improve color gamut and color conversion rate of the white OLED display device and improve density of the organic color conversion film and stability of a device.

The present embodiment provides a material for forming an underlayer film for lithography, containing at least any of a compound represented by following formula (1) or a resin including a structural unit derived from a compound represented by the following formula (1), ##STR00001##
wherein R.sup.1 represents a 2n-valent group having 1 to 60 carbon atoms, or a single bond, each R.sup.2 independently represents a halogen atom, a straight, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a thiol group, a hydroxyl group, or a group where a hydrogen atom of a hydroxyl group is substituted with an acid-dissociable group, and may be the same or different in the same naphthalene ring or benzene ring, in which at least one R.sup.2 represents a group where a hydrogen atom of a hydroxyl group is substituted with an acid-dissociable group, n is an integer of 1 to 4, and structural formulae of n structural units in square brackets [ ] may be the same or different when n is an integer of 2 or more, X represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or a non-bridging group, each m.sup.2 is independently an integer of 0 to 7, provided that at least one m.sup.2 is an integer of 1 to 7, and each q is independently 0 or 1.

The present embodiment provides a material for forming an underlayer film for lithography, containing at least any of a compound represented by following formula (1) or a resin including a structural unit derived from a compound represented by the following formula (1), ##STR00001##
wherein R.sup.1 represents a 2n-valent group having 1 to 60 carbon atoms, or a single bond, each R.sup.2 independently represents a halogen atom, a straight, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a thiol group, a hydroxyl group, or a group where a hydrogen atom of a hydroxyl group is substituted with an acid-dissociable group, and may be the same or different in the same naphthalene ring or benzene ring, in which at least one R.sup.2 represents a group where a hydrogen atom of a hydroxyl group is substituted with an acid-dissociable group, n is an integer of 1 to 4, and structural formulae of n structural units in square brackets [ ] may be the same or different when n is an integer of 2 or more, X represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or a non-bridging group, each m.sup.2 is independently an integer of 0 to 7, provided that at least one m.sup.2 is an integer of 1 to 7, and each q is independently 0 or 1.
Hydrophylic semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube inks
A single-walled carbon nanotube composition includes single-walled carbon nanotubes substantially enriched in semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes in association with a polymer having one or more oligoether side groups. The oligoether side groups render the composition dispersable in polar organic solvents, for example alkyl carbitols, permitting formulation of ink compositions containing single-walled carbon nanotubes substantially enriched in semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes. Such ink compositions may be readily printed using common printing methods, such as inkjet, flexography and gravure printing.
MALEIMIDE RESIN, CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, AND CURED PRODUCT THEREOF
Provided is a maleimide resin with superior solution stability. Also provided is a cured product with a superior dielectric characteristic that is obtained by curing a curable resin composition in which said maleimide resin is used. The maleimide resin expressed in formula (1). (In formula (1), each of the plurality of Rs independently represents a C1-5 alkyl group, n is the number of repetitions, and the average value thereof is 1<n<5.)
