ARTICLES OF CLOTHING WITH INTERCHANGEABLE PANELS
An article of clothing includes a base panel and an outer panel having a window defined therein and joined to the base panel to define a peripheral flap extending about the window. The peripheral flap has an outer flap portion that extends interiorly into the window and an inner flap portion that depends from the outer flap portion and carries parts of first and second attachment mechanisms. The part of the first attachment mechanism is configured for attachment to a corresponding part positioned at a periphery of an interchangeable panel shaped so as to be received into the window when attached to the outer panel. The part of the second attachment mechanism holds the peripheral flap flat against the interchangeable panel through attachment to a corresponding part positioned on a face of the interchangeable panel interiorly of the corresponding part of the first attachment mechanism.

LOAD-BEARING VEST OVERLAY JACKET
A load-bearing vest overlay jacket (“overlay jacket”) is an overgarment configured to be joined with and fastened to a load-bearing vest (“tactical vest”) so that an open front area exists between the front left and front right of the overlay jacket, permitting a user's access to equipment on the tactical vest. Thus, the overlay jacket may provide uniform, comfortable body temperatures in colder weather, to include arm warmth and upper torso warmth, as a function of either optionally-insulated sleeve and/or torso regions of the overlay jacket, or of torso warmth provided by the tactical vest underlying the overlay jacket.

The disclosed invention allows for combinations of ruffles and/or sleeves to be added to a swimsuit which provides the ability for a user to change the look and functionality of the outfit almost completely through the add on accessories.
Digital contracts in blockchain environments
Digital or “smart” contracts execute in a blockchain environment. Any entity (whether public or private) may specify a digital contract via a contract identifier in a blockchain. Because there may be many digital contracts offered as virtual services, the contract identifier uniquely identifies a particular digital contract offered by a virtual machine, vendor or supplier. The blockchain is thus not burdened with the programming code that is required to execute the digital contract. The blockchain need only include or specify the contract identifier (and perhaps one or more contractual parameters), thus greatly simplifying the blockchain and reducing its size (in bytes) and processing requirements.
Decisional architectures in blockchain environments
Digital or “smart” contracts execute in a blockchain environment. Any entity (whether public or private) may specify a digital contract via a table identifier in a blockchain. Because there may be many digital contracts offered as virtual services, the table identifier uniquely identifies a particular decision table and/or the digital contract offered by a virtual machine, vendor or supplier. The blockchain is thus not burdened with the programming code that is required to execute the decision table and/or the digital contract. The blockchain need only include or specify the table identifier (and perhaps one or more contractual parameters), thus greatly simplifying the blockchain and reducing its size (in bytes) and processing requirements.
