The glove with clip is a clip on the outside of the back of a glove having a spring loaded raised lip urged against the glove or a spring base on the glove to removably hold papers, notes, instructions or lightweight material such as sand paper. The clip may be a flat metal clip having a spring base on the glove, a spring wire attached to the glove or a magnetic closure adapted to releasably hold papers or similar material used by a worker such as a plumber or electrician.

A selector configured to provide tactile feedback to the user. The selector can be incorporated into the fingertip of a glove, or many other suitable locations. Different size selectors can be provided for different application. Arrays of multiple selectors can also be provided. An embodiment of the inventive device includes a central plunger lying behind a conductive covering. A tactile surface is provided on the rear of the plunger. A compressive element is positioned to urge the plunger toward the conductive covering. When a user presses the selector against a touchscreen, the plunger is pushed away from the touchscreen and the tactile surface on the plunger presses against the user. The pressing of the tactile surface provides feedback to the user.

A glove has a segment secured to an inside surface of one or more finger and/or a thumb. The segment is fully contained within the distal most portions of the one or more finger and/or thumb and does not overlap with any knuckle of the user's finger. The subject matter disclosed herein is generally directed to methods and compositions for tagging cells of interest, tracking evolution of the tagged cells, and recovering the original tagged cells for further study. Specifically, cells are tagged with a DNA construct encoding a barcode sequence comprising a guide sequence. Barcoded cells can then be recovered using a reporter construct having CRISPR target sequences specific for the cell having a barcode of interest.
