Article of footwear with dynamic support

An article of footwear with a dynamic support system that controls arrays of tiles in the upper of the footwear to adjust the level of support provided in different regions of the upper. Sensors in the sole of the footwear, in the upper of the footwear and/or in an article worn by the wearer of the footwear measure the level of stress or other characteristics and provide input to one or more microprocessors that control motors located in the sole or in the upper of the footwear. When the motors are activated, they may compress or loosen arrays of tiles to adjust the stiffness of the upper in one or more regions of the upper.

This present invention relates to a collapsible social distancing device for creating a physical barrier around a wearer of the device. More specifically, the social distancing device is an expandable and collapsible device that can be worn by a wearer on any part of the body. The device preferably provides a six feet radius barrier to indicate the social distancing principle and utilizes a foam construction to prevent any injury or damage to another user bumping into the social distancing device. The device includes a loop opening, a bottom circular barrier and a plurality of connecting arms attached to the loop opening and the bottom circular barrier. The device has mechanical or electronic means to reduce the diameter of the circular barrier and can be carried in a bag when not being used by the wearer for indicating social distance limitations.

Towel Back
20210386250 · 2021-12-16 ·

The Towel Back is a towel with a headband and a waterproof liner that lays across the shoulders and back of a user. The headband allows the towel to be kept in place without holding it with one's hands. The towel portion absorbs the water from the wet hair, but the waterproof liner prevents the wet hair from seeping through the towel onto the user's back or shirt. Because of the unique features of the Towel Back, the Towel Back allows a user to go about their activities while their hair dries naturally and prevents the user's clothing (shirt, pajamas, etc.) from getting wet. For those who go to sleep with their hair wet, the Towel Back can also serve as a protector between the wet hair and a pillow.
