A polyurethane catalyst comprises a sodium compound, the sodium compound being 1 to 60 wt % of the polyurethane catalyst by the mass percent, and further comprises a tertiary amine and/or pyridine compound. The sodium compound and the tertiary amine and/or pyridine compound achieve a synergistic effect; during the catalysis of the polymerization of isocyanate and polyalcohol, the speed of the polymerization reaction is increased; and the prepared polyurethane material has excellent physical properties, does not contain any heavy metal element at all, is an environment-friendly catalyst, solves the technical problem of ensuring environmental protection, safety and the catalytic efficiency of the polyurethane catalyst, and is particularly applicable to the preparation of polyurethane synthetic leather resin slurry, a polyurethane elastomer (prepolymer), a polyurethane coating, a polyurethane adhesive, a polyurethane composite material, flexible polyurethane foam, and a rigid polyurethane material.

The invention relates to a polymer composition based on thermoplastic copolyester elastomer comprising: from 90% to 70% by weight of the thermoplastic copolyester elastomer containing ester and ether bonds; from 5% to 25% by weight of one or more saturated esters with a molecular weight between about 200 and 1,000, and preferably between 300 and 380; from 2 to 10% by weight of expanding additives. This invention also covers a manufactured article obtained by injection moulding a predefined amount of the polymer composition according to this invention, as well as a production process of such polymer composition.

The invention relates to a method for producing a biomass-resource-derived polyurethane, which comprises: reacting a dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic diol to produce a polyester polyol; and reacting the polyester polyol and a polyisocyanate compound, wherein the dicarboxylic acid contains at least one component derived from biomass resources, a content of an organic acid in the dicarboxylic acid is more than 0 ppm and not more than 1,000 ppm relative to the dicarboxylic acid, and a pKa value of the organic acid at 25? C. is not more than 3.7.

Disclosed are a colored TPU foam material, a preparation method and a use thereof, as we as a method for preparing a shaped body, a sheet and a shoe material by using same. The colored TPU foam material is composed of colored foam particles or colored foam sheets; the concentration of a pigment in the colored foam particles or the colored foam sheets is 0.01-5 wt %; the pigment has the same concentration inside and outside the colored TPU foam material, and the colored TPU foam material has a hardness of shore A 5-65, a density of 0.05-0.5 g/cm.sup.3, and an average cell size of less than 100 m. The present invention has features such as a good internal and external color uniformity, no wrinkles being present on the surface, etc.
