Transmission belt and method for producing same
A power transmission belt (B) has a reinforcing fabric (13) covering a pulley contact surface thereof. A cover layer (15) adheres to the reinforcing fabric (13) to cover surfaces of fibers or yarns constituting the reinforcing fabric (13), and is exposed outside. The cover layer (15) contains crosslinked polyolefin particles (16) in which polyolefin molecules are crosslinked with each other.

The present invention relates to a double-sided adhesive tape used for applications including the attachment of front glass for mobile devices. A core layer of the double-sided adhesive tape is prepared by adding an acrylic elastomer free of carbon-carbon double bonds while being highly miscible with an acrylic resin to an acrylic monomer(s) and performing curing, and thus can improve the impact resistance of the final double-sided adhesive tape. Also, the core layer may take a form of foam due to the introduced filler such as glass bubbles or organic microspheres, and thus can further contribute to improving the impact resistance of the final double-sided adhesive tape.

A resin material containing polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) is melted and extruded into a film from an extrusion die, the extruded product is brought into contact with a cooling roll having a surface temperature of at most 120 C. in a state such that the surface temperature of the extruded product is higher than the crystallization temperature of PCTFE to form a film web, and the film web is subjected to heat treatment at from 80 to 200 C. to obtain a film.

In some embodiments, an article may include a substrate and a plurality of nanoscale and/or microscale features may be formed on a surface of the substrate by irradiating the substrate. The plurality of nanoscale and/or microscale features may comprise oxides and/or hydroxides on the surface of the substrate. A fluorinated coating may be associated with at least a portion of the surface of the substrate, including, for example, the nanoscale and/or microscale features may be coated with the fluorinated coating.

The method of efficient for producing the polymer film coated with the above layer is the method for producing without using a vacuum.
