The composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material includes a two-layer structure; the two-layer structure includes an insulation layer and a first functional layer; the insulation layer and the first functional layer are both made of a rubber-plastic foam material; the first functional layer and the insulation layer are integrally molded by blending extrusion and vulcanization foaming, and the first functional layer and the insulation layer form an integral structure. The multilayer composite rubber-plastic foam insulation material provided by the present invention adopts a vulcanization foaming integral molding process, and not only ensures the thermal insulation property of the insulation layer, but also gives the functional layer corresponding functions by selecting different functional polymers, thereby satisfying a variety of personalized needs in engineering applications.
POLYOLEFIN MICROPOROUS FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a separator film in a lithium battery, more specifically relates to a polyolefin microporous film and a preparation method thereof. The polyolefin microporous film has a porosity above 30% and below 65%, a median pore size above 10 nm and below 60 nm, a stress-strain (σ-ε) curve integral in Machine Direction (MD) and Transverse Direction (TD) directions simultaneously fulfilling the following definition:
E=∫.sub.0.sup.εσ(ε)dε>150 J/m.sup.2; and the largest pore size, the smallest pore size and the median pore size fulfilling the following definition: 0.9<P<1.2, wherein P=(the largest pore size−the smallest pore size)/the median pore size. The polyolefin microporous film according to the present invention has high tenacity, small pore sizes, concentrated distribution of pore sizes, great stability for coiling, and enabling high number of battery cycles. When used as a separator film, battery manufacturing safety and the service life of the battery being made can be increased.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WATER-BASED HYDROPHOBIC AEROGELS AND AEROGEL COMPOSITES
Embodiments of the present invention provide users with a system and method for manufacturing water-based hydrophobic aerogels and aerogel composites. The system and method can be carried out in a manner which is more rapid than typical ways and can be readily scalable. The method of manufacture is useful for producing water based hydrophobic aerogels and aerogel composites on a large scale with good homogeneity and consistency. Advantageously, the method of manufacture also has the benefit of a shorter processing time due to the vacuum homogenizing and mixing processes, the use of microwave assisted vacuum freeze drying for ease of synthesis of water-based hydrophobic aerogels.

Processes for producing filled polyol compositions, such as polymer polyol compositions. The processes include reacting a polymerizable composition in the presence of a composition comprising a base polyol and an amine antioxidant, in which the amine antioxidant comprises a secondary diarylamine, a primary aromatic amide, a triazole, or a combination thereof.
PHYSICAL FOAMING PROCESS USING FOAMING PRESS
The present invention relates to a method preparing a highly functional foam by a physical foaming process (physical blowing agent-based foaming) used to prepare a midsole of a shoe, and relates to a technology that is environmentally friendly because a chemical foaming agent is not used and is capable of preparing a foam with improved physical properties at a low cost by shortening a processing time. To this end, according to the present invention, a physical foaming process of preparing a foam by using a foaming press provided with a cavity includes: an injecting step of injecting a foaming compounding resin into the cavity; a closing step of closing the cavity by using the foaming press; a gas injecting step of injecting gas into the cavity; an atmospheric pressure maintaining step of dissolving the gas in the foaming compounding resin by maintaining the inside of the cavity at a constant pressure; and a foaming step of performing foaming by opening the cavity so that the inside of the cavity is depressurized.
