VULCANIZATION COMPOSITION FOR UNSATURATED POLYMERS
The present invention relates to the field of vulcanization of unsaturated polymers, in particular halogenated, and more particularly chlorinated, unsaturated polymers, such as, for example, polychloroprene, using as vulcanization agent a mixture of bis(2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole) and at least one organic base. The present invention relates to the process for vulcanization of said polymers with said vulcanization mixture.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SURFACE-MODIFIED POLYMER FILM AND METHOD OF FABRICATING ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a surface-modified polymer film, including forming a hydroxyl group (OH) on the surface of a polymer film by subjecting the polymer film to light irradiation and surface treatment with a photoacid generator. The polymer film can be introduced with a hydroxyl group (OH) group using a photoacid generator, thereby modifying the surface of the polymer film without damage to the polymer film. Also, an organic electronic device including the surface-modified polymer film can be improved in electrical characteristics and stability.
WIPER BLADE RUBBER
Provided is a wiper blade rubber which has excellent wiping properties and low friction properties with respect to both clean glass surfaces and glass surfaces that have been subjected to a water repellent treatment, and which maintains these properties for a long period of time. A wiper blade rubber which has a lip part wherein a coating layer is provided on a rubber substrate by (a) applying a first coating agent onto a part of the surface of the rubber substrate, (b) curing a first coating layer by heating the rubber substrate onto which the first coating agent is applied, (c) applying a second coating agent onto the surface of the rubber substrate which has the cured first coating layer and (d) drying the second coating agent. The present invention enables the achievement of a wiper blade rubber wherein: the coating layer contains the first coating layer and the second coating layer; and the first coating layer is affixed to a part of the rubber substrate and the second coating layer is affixed to another part of the rubber substrate in the lip part.
WIPER BLADE RUBBER
Provided is a wiper blade rubber which exhibits high adhesion to glass surfaces, excellent friction performance and excellent wiping performance, while being free from the occurrence of a bulge (blister) in a coating layer due to bleeding from a rubber substrate or blooming. A wiper blade rubber which has a lip part obtained by forming a coating layer on a rubber substrate by spray coating, and which is characterized in that: the coating layer is composed of a portion (A) that covers the rubber substrate and portions (B) that do not cover the rubber substrate; the portions (B) are a plurality of pores which are uniformly dispersed in the entire area of the coating layer and have diameters of 10 to 40 m; and the ratio of the total area of portion (A) that covers the rubber substrate to the total area of the portions (B) that do not cover the rubber substrate is from 40:60 to 60:40.
Expandable tacky tape
In the manufacture of composite product, raw composite is layered on a shape or form and cured at a higher temperature. With some shapes, it is difficult or impossible to apply sufficient pressure to force and consolidate the composite material to adequately conform to the desired final shape during the curing process. The expandable tacky tape of this invention is comprised of a viscous medium incorporating thermally expandable material. Applied over the raw composite, the expandable tacky tape effectively forces the composite to conform to the desired shape during curing.
