A LIQUID ANTIOXIDANT COMPOSITION FOR RAW RUBBERS
The present invention provides a liquid antioxidant composition used for raw rubbers comprising 5% to 30% by weight of at least one aromatic amine-based antioxidant agent, 20% to 70% by weight of at least one hindered phenol-based antioxidant agent, 0% to 40% by weight of at least one phosphite-based antioxidant agent; and 20% to 40% by weight of at least one solvent having boiling point higher than 185 C. and freezing point lower than 10 C. under 101.325 KPa, the weight percentage of component a), b), c) or d) is based on the total weight of antioxidant composition, wherein the mixture of component a), b) and c) is liquid at 25 C. under 101.325 KPa. The present invention also provides a liquid antioxidant composition comprising 5% to 20% by weight of solid aromatic amine-based antioxidant agent, 20% to 50% by weight of solid hindered phenol-based antioxidant agent, 0% to 30% by weight of solid phosphite-based antioxidant agent and 30% to 40% by weight of solvent having boiling point higher than 185 C. and freezing point lower than 10 C. under 101.325 KPa. The weight percentage is based on the total weight of antioxidant composition. The present invention further provides an application of said liquid antioxidant composition in raw rubbers such as natural rubber and raw rubbers synthesized via solution polymerization.
FILM BASED ON A COMPOSITION OF POLYMERS AND PLASTICIZERS HAVING A TG RANGING FROM -35°C TO 40°C, ELEMENT INCORPORATING SAID FILM, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF AND USES THEREOF
Disclosed is a film based on a composition including at least one polymer and at least one plasticizer, the composition having a calculated Tg ranging from 35 C. to 40 C., preferably from 20 C. to 10 C., the film presenting a rebound resilience according to Test A less than 15%, preferably less than 10%; to a process for its manufacturing and to its uses; it also relates to an element incorporating the film and uses thereof.
WIPER BLADE RUBBER
Provided is a wiper blade rubber which has excellent wiping properties and low friction properties with respect to both clean glass surfaces and glass surfaces that have been subjected to a water repellent treatment, and which maintains these properties for a long period of time. A wiper blade rubber which has a lip part wherein a coating layer is provided on a rubber substrate by (a) applying a first coating agent onto a part of the surface of the rubber substrate, (b) curing a first coating layer by heating the rubber substrate onto which the first coating agent is applied, (c) applying a second coating agent onto the surface of the rubber substrate which has the cured first coating layer and (d) drying the second coating agent. The present invention enables the achievement of a wiper blade rubber wherein: the coating layer contains the first coating layer and the second coating layer; and the first coating layer is affixed to a part of the rubber substrate and the second coating layer is affixed to another part of the rubber substrate in the lip part.
ANTI-ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR UNVULCANIZED RUBBER
The disclosure provides an anti-adhesive composition for unvulcanized rubbers which enables a reduction in anti-adhesive-induced dusting, can exhibit high anti-adhesive properties even in a small application amount, and brings about high slipperiness. The anti-adhesive composition for unvulcanized rubbers includes (A) a water-soluble polymer, (B) particles of a water-insoluble organic polymer, (C) a metal soap, (D) a surfactant and water. The anti-adhesive composition for unvulcanized rubbers includes, with respect to the whole mass of the components excluding the water, 30 mass % or more the component (A), 1-20 mass % the component (B), 20-50 mass % the component (C), and 10-20 mass % the component (D).

The present invention relates to a dipping solution for cord fabrics and a production method thereof comprising the steps of adding acrylic resin (polymer) into water (11), adjusting pH value (12), adding epoxy to the composition (13), adding polyisocyanate to the composition (14), adding latex to the composition (15), obtaining the dipping material (16); enabling the synthetic fiber and the rubber used in cord fabric reinforced rubber materials production to be attached to each other by providing an interface between two said materials; not as hazardous as RFL for human health and also being environmental friendly.
Rubber composition for tire, pneumatic tire, and method for manufacturing rubber composition for tire
Provided is a rubber composition for tires which can prevent discoloration and improve ozone resistance while maintaining or improving good elongation at break, and further can be produced with high efficiency. Also provided are a pneumatic tire formed from the same, and a method for producing the same. Included is a rubber composition for tires, including: a rubber component; a phenylenediamine antioxidant; and a masterbatch, the masterbatch containing a specific nonionic surfactant and a silica having a BET value of 40-250 m.sup.2/g at a mass ratio of 1:5 to 1:0.15, the rubber component containing a diene rubber in an amount of 70-100% by mass per 100% by mass of the rubber component, the rubber composition including, per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, 1.0-10.0 parts by mass of the phenylenediamine antioxidant and 0.1-5.0 parts by mass of the nonionic surfactant introduced in the form of the masterbatch.
RESILIENT SURFACE COVERINGS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THEREOF
The present disclosure provides, among other things, surface coverings with a protective coat applied thereto a rubber material. As provided herein, in some embodiments, a surface covering has or includes an exposed surface that is no-wax. The present disclosure further provides methods of making, and methods of using. Such surface coverings have surprising and beneficial attributes. They are particularly advantageous as resistant to soiling and abrasion. These surface covering are also resistant to crumbling under load. Such surface coverings would be useful as flooring products with desirable properties. In particular, such abrasion and soil resistant surfaces could be useful as a rubber flooring product.

A method for manufacturing a rubber composition includes kneading a rubber component, an inorganic filler and a thioester-based silane coupling agent, and adding a vulcanizing agent and one or more compounds selected from the group of an imide compound and an N-oxyl compound to a mixture of the rubber component, the inorganic filler, and the thioester-based silane coupling agent such that the vulcanizing agent and the imide compound and/or the N-oxyl compound are kneaded with the mixture including the rubber component, the inorganic filler, and the thioester-based silane coupling agent.

The subject matter further discloses a process comprising mixing while heating under shear forces a first component comprising organic waste and thermoplastic waste with a second component comprising at least one element selected from the group consisting of vulcanized rubber and tire cords; to obtain a melt; processing the melt, the processing comprises at least cooling the melt to obtain a composite material comprising: organic element; thermoplastic element; and at least one element selected from the group consisting of vulcanized rubber and tire cords.
