Modified acrylic resin cured product, and laminate thereof, and production methods therefor
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a modified acrylic resin cured product, particularly, a modified acrylic resin film, having excellent lubricity and excellent transparency, and a laminate including the modified acrylic resin film. The modified acrylic resin cured product (C) according to the present invention is obtained by treating the surface of a cured product (X) including an acrylic resin by using a compound (A) containing, in each molecule, one or more anionic hydrophilic groups forming an ion pair with an onium ion of an amino silicone, and one or more groups selected from the group consisting of a group containing a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, an amino group, a mercapto group and a hydroxy group.
Method of producing film
Disclosed herein is a method of producing a film, the method being capable of suppressing formation of die lines in melt extrusion molding using a T die. A thermoplastic resin composition having a relaxation modulus of not less than 100 Pa and not more than 2,000 Pa is melted and kneaded, the relaxation modulus being measured under conditions of a temperature of 260 C., distortion of 1%, and a relaxation time of 1 second, and extrusion molding of the thermoplastic resin composition using the T die is performed to form the film. The thermoplastic resin composition may contain an acrylic resin and a rubber particle.

A cured film of a curable composition containing a light scattering agent and a method enabling the production of the cured film. A cured film containing a light scattering agent (A) and a photopolymerizable compound (B), in which the cured film has a Martens hardness of 0.10 GPa or more, and a method for producing the curable composition containing a light scattering agent (A) and a photopolymerizable compound (B), the method including an exposure step of irradiating a film of the curable composition with light and a thermal curing step of thermally curing the film of the curable composition, in which, when a light exposure in the exposure step is indicated by X (mJ/cm.sup.2), a thermal curing temperature in the thermal curing step is indicated by Y (? C.), and a thermal curing time is indicated by Z (hr), a formula (1): X?Y?Z.sup.2?3000 is satisfied.
Resin Composition Including Curable Polymer Compound
The resin composition incudes a polymer compound represented by the formula (1), where in formula (1), R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and m and n represent the average numbers of repeating units, and are each independently in the range between 1 and 2000 inclusive; a compound that can radically polymerize with the polymer compound; and a radical initiator. The compound that can radically polymerize with the polymer compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of phenylmaleimide compounds, acenaphthylene compounds, modified polyphenylene ether resins having an unsaturated double bond at an end, and aryl isocyanurate compounds.
CURABLE COMPOSITION AND FILM
A curable composition contains at least one polyfunctional compound selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by General Formula (I) and a compound represented by General Formula (II), and an ionic polymer including a repeating unit indicated by General Formula (IV).
