Polyacetal Resin Composition and Method for Manufacturing Same
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition and a molded product thereof with which it is possible to avoid problems such as the generation of odor and gas from the resin composition and the occurrence of voids in the molded product, and methods for manufacturing the resin composition and the molded product. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a resin composition containing cellulose nanofibers and a polyacetal resin, the method including a step for obtaining a resin composition by melt-mixing mixed ingredients that include cellulose nanofibers and a polyacetal resin in a state in which the water content of the cellulose nanofibers is 0.01-5 mass %.
POLYACETAL RESIN COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a polyacetal resin composition that is used by being kneaded with metal powders, said polyacetal resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin (A) and 0.15 to 10.0 parts by weight of a fatty acid metal salt (B), wherein the fatty acid metal salt (B) is fatty acid zinc, fatty acid magnesium, or a combination thereof.

A further aspect of the invention concerns a method for the manufacture of molded components, comprising loading pellets of an expanded polymer material into a mold, and connecting the pellets by providing heat energy, wherein the expanded polymer material of the pellets or beads comprises a chain extender. The molded components may be used in broad ranges of application.

A polyacetal resin composition includes: 100 parts by weight of a polyacetal resin (A), 0.2 to 10.0 parts by weight of a fatty acid metal salt (B), and 0.2 to 10.0 parts by weight of a fatty acid ester compound (C), wherein the fatty acid metal salt (B) is fatty acid zinc, fatty acid magnesium, or a combination thereof, and the fatty acid ester compound (C) is a compound having 3 or more ester bonds in a single molecule thereof.
