[Problem]

To provide a laminate body in which a resin base member and a metal deposition film are brought into firmly close contact with each other.

[Solution]

The laminate body manufacturing method includes a desorption step S10, an introduction step S20, a deposition step S30, and a coating step S40. In the desorption step S10, a hydrophobic surface of resin is irradiated with plasma to desorb at least some of the atoms constituting the resin from the surface. In the introduction step S20, the surface of the resin subjected to the desorption step S10 is irradiated with hydroxyl radicals to introduce a hydroxyl group onto the surface of the resin. In the deposition step S30, a metal film is deposited on the surface of the resin subjected to the introduction step S20. In the coating step S40, the surface of the metal film is coated with a metal layer formed of the same metal as the metal forming the metal film.

CARBON FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL

A carbon fiber reinforced composite material includes carbon fiber and a thermosetting resin composition. The thermosetting resin composition is a cured product of a liquid composition that contains unsaturated polyester, a curing agent, a polymerization initiator, and a nanocarbon/nanocellulose complex containing nanocarbon modified by functional a group and nanocellulose. The nanocarbon/nanocellulose complex is dispersed in the thermosetting resin composition. The thermosetting resin composition contains 0.05 to 15% by weight of the nanocarbon/nanocellulose complex. A maximum point stress of the carbon fiber reinforced composite material in a tensile test according to JIS K 7164 is 410 N/mm.sup.2 or more. A maximum point stress of the carbon fiber reinforced composite material in a three-point bending test according to JIS K 7171 is 310 N/mm.sup.2 or more.

A water-resistant composition 20 includes a graphene material 22 forming a matrix with a resin 23. The matrix can include reinforcing fibres such as glass fibres. The composition can include the graphene material 22, a polyester resin 23 and glass fibre reinforcement. Multiple forms of the composite can be provided in layers, such as a barrier layer containing the graphene material 22 in a resin 23 and a second layer containing reinforcing material. A cosmetic coloured gel coat can be applied to the composition and a clear gel coat applied over the cosmetic coating. The graphene material can include graphene platelets 22 dispersed within the resin. The graphene material can provide up to 5% by weight (% wt) of the composite, preferably up to 2% wt of the composite, more preferably between 1% wt and 2.5% wt of the composite and yet more preferably 2% wt of the composite. The composition can be applied to a boat hull, a pipe, a swimming pool, a spa or a tank, or a surface subject to prolonged contact with or submersion in water.

The liquid crystal polymer film and the metal substrate are laminated to form a composite layer. The composite layer is heated at a first temperature and a processed liquid crystal polymer film is obtained through the separation of the heated liquid crystal polymer film from the substrate. A processing device of liquid crystal polymer film is further provided, including a lamination member, a transport member, a heating member, and a separation member.

HIGH MELT STRENGTH POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The disclosure provides a high melt strength polyester resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The high melt strength polyester resin composition includes a polyester resin, a polyolefin resin, a chain extender, an antioxidant, and a phosphorus compound stabilizer. A melting point of the polyester resin is 150° C. to 200° C.

A polymer matrix composite includes a porous polymeric network structure; and a plurality of acoustically active particles distributed within the polymeric network structure. The weight fraction of acoustically active particles is between 0.80 and 0.99, based on the total weight of the polymer matrix composite. The polymer matrix composite has an air flow resistance of less than 100 seconds/50 mL/500 μm.
