Response Surface Method Optimized Modified Chitosan-LZM-CA Composite Antibacterial Preservative Film And Preparation Method And Application Thereof
The invention discloses a modified chitosan-LZM-CA composite antibacterial cling film optimized by response surface methodology and the preparation method and application thereof, relates to the technical field of food packaging materials. The invention provides freshwater crayfish as the research object, and adopts the modified chitosan, lysozyme (LZM), a good film-forming material carrageenan (CA) as the composite antibacterial cling film materials, and through the response surface experimental design to determine the best ratio of modified chitosan-LZM-CA composite antibacterial cling film. Furthermore, the TVB-N value and the change value of the total number of bacterial colonies of the freshwater crayfish with the composite antibacterial cling film during refrigeration, can be regarded as indicators to examine the preservation effect, providing a theoretical basis of the chitosan composite film preservation technology development and application for freshwater crayfish and other aquatic products.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL, A PROCESS OF FORMING A GRANULATE OR EXTRUDATE, THERMOPLASTIC PRODUCT AND USE OF THE THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL
A process for producing a thermoplastic material for use as powder or slurry for further processing such as injection molding or coating, comprising the steps of mixing a biomass containing prolamins, such as a grain source or a water insoluble fraction of a grain, having prolamins and lipids, and an organic solvent to obtain undissolved components and dissolved components comprising dissolved prolamin, lipids and other dissolved components, extracting the dissolved components into a first liquid and extracting undissolved components in a first solid under the specific conditions. separating the first solid from the first liquid, recovering the thermoplastic material from the first liquid as powder by removing organic solvent under the conditions of maintaining temperature of the prolamins below 80° C., preferably below 75° C., maintaining a dielectric constant εr between 30 and 42 at 25° C., and maintaining a pressure level at below 2 bar.
Polar solvent solution and production method thereof
A polar solvent solution of the present invention is a polar solvent solution in which a solute containing a polyamine acid is dissolved in a polar solvent. The solution has a moisture content of less than 5 mass % based on 100 mass % of the solution. A method for producing a polar solvent solution of the present invention includes changing a moisture content of the solution to adjust the viscosity of the solution. Further, another method for producing a polar solvent solution includes reducing a moisture content of the solution to increase the viscosity of the solution. Thus, the present invention provides a polar solvent solution that enables stable spinning and casting without lowering its viscosity when used as dopes for spinning, film, etc., and methods for producing the same.
PREPARATION METHOD, PRODUCT AND APPLICATION OF NON-FREE RADICAL PHOTO-CROSSLINKED HYDROGEL MATERIAL
A method for preparing non-free radical photo-crosslinked hydrogels includes: dissolving component A that is a polymer derivative modified with o-nitrobenzyl phototrigger in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution A; dissolving component B that is a polymer derivative containing hydrazide, hydroxylamine or primary amine in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution B; mixing solution A and solution B to obtain a precursor solution of hydrogel; under light irradiation, crosslinking aldehyde generated from the o-nitrobenzyl with the hydrazine, hydroxylamine or primary amine to obtain a hydrogel by forming hydrazone, oxime or schiff base, respectively. A kit for preparation and application of the hydrogel in tissue repair, beauty therapy, and cells, proteins or drugs carriers is also described. The method or kit can achieve in situ photo-gelling on tissue surface or in situ forming thin gel on wounds in clinical treatment of wounds.
CONCENTRATED AQUEOUS SILK FIBROIN SOLUTION AND USE THEREOF
The present invention provides for concentrated aqueous silk fibroin solutions and an all-aqueous mode for preparation of concentrated aqueous fibroin solutions that avoids the use of organic solvents, direct additives, or harsh chemicals. The invention further provides for the use of these solutions in production of materials, e.g., fibers, films, foams, meshes, scaffolds and hydrogels.
Method for Manufacturing Fibroin Solution and Method for Manufacturing Protein Molded Body
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fibroin solution including a step of forming a slurry containing a solvent-containing dissolving liquid and a fibroin-containing protein powder dispersed in the dissolving liquid by continuously introducing the protein powder to a thin film of the dissolving liquid while flowing the thin film; and a step of forming a fibroin solution by dissolving, in the dissolving liquid, the protein powder in the slurry.
COMPOSITION CONTAINING MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL-HYDROGEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a stable and readily usable administration type including a composition including mesenchymal stem cells cultured in hydrogel, more specifically, a adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cell-hydrogel composition and a method of preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition including mesenchymal stem cells cultured in hydrogel, washed, and filled into a syringe, wherein the composition of the present invention may be readily administered without modification and may not need an enzyme treatment in a final process of preparing transplanted cells, almost no cell is lost because the composition is washed as hydrogel without an washing process using centrifugation or other methods, and the therapeutic effect is shown immediately after administration to an individual because bioactive substances are patched in pores of the hydrogel.
