System and devices facilitating dynamic network link acceleration

A peer to peer dynamic network acceleration method and apparatus provide enhanced communications directly between two or more enhanced devices, such as enhanced clients. The enhanced clients may comprise a front-end, a back-end, or both. In general, the front-end and back-end of the enhanced clients work in concert to translate data into an enhanced protocol for communication between the enhanced clients. The enhanced protocol may provide acceleration, security, error correction, and other benefits. Data from various applications may be seamlessly translated between a first protocol and the enhanced protocol, such that the applications need not be modified to use the enhanced protocol. The enhanced clients may automatically detect one another to establish an enhanced communications channel automatically.

Resin composition and pre-preg and laminate using the composition

Copper clad laminates and a resin composition and a pre-preg and a laminate using the composition. The resin composition contains: (A) a prepolymer of vinyl thermosetting polyphenylene ether and a bifunctional maleimide or a multifunctional maleimide; and, (B) a polyolefin resin. Employing the prepolymer of vinyl thermosetting polyphenylene ether and the bifunctional maleimide or the multifunctional maleimide, solves the problem of incompatibility of the bifunctional maleimide or the multifunctional maleimide with the vinyl thermosetting polyphenylene ether and the polyolefin resin. An aqueous glue solution so mixed is uniform and consistent, the prepreg has a uniform expression, and a substrate resin area is free of a phase-separation problem.

Process for epoxidation of unsaturated polymer

A process for epoxidation of an unsaturated polymer involves mixing an unsaturated polymer and a peroxy acid in an absence of solvent to produce an epoxidized polymer. The process may require no solvent, require no catalyst, require no or little applied external heat input, require no applied cooling, require less epoxidation agent, be faster and/or result in more efficient conversion of the unsaturated polymer.

Thermosetting epoxy resin compositions on the one hand at room temperature in the incompletely cured state exhibit extremely slight alteration in shape and on the other hand develop a high surface tack, and, moreover, in the fully cured state are of high impact strength and at the same time exhibits high adhesion, particularly to metallic substrates. These compositions are ideally suited to the production of self-adhesive reinforcing elements.
