Method for producing rubber composition
A method for producing a rubber composition that can improve wet grip performance is provided. The rubber composition includes 100 parts by mass of a rubber component, from 20 to 150 parts by mass of silica, and from 1 to 10 parts by mass of a polymer gel as crosslinked diene polymer particles, wherein from 30 to 90 parts by mass of at least one modified diene rubber selected from the group consisting of a styrene-butadiene rubber, a butadiene rubber and a natural rubber, each having introduced therein a functional group having an interaction with the silica, and from 70 to 10 parts by mass of an unmodified dine rubber are used as 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and a polymer gel having a functional group which has an interaction with a functional group of the modified diene rubber is used as the polymer gel.
FOAMING FILLER COMPOSITION HAVING HIGH RIGIDITY AND HIGH STRENGTH
A foaming filler composition having high rigidity and high strength comprises 20 to 30% by weight of a bisphenol A epoxy resin; 30 to 40% by weight of an acrylic rubber-modified epoxy resin; 3 to 5% by weight of glass bubbles having an average bubble diameter of 30 to 40 m; 1.5 to 3% by weight of a blowing agent; 10 to 20% by weight of a chain extender comprising heavy calcium carbonate and light calcium carbonate; and 10 to 12% by weight of a dicyandiamide-based curing agent.
Readily process-able, oil-resistant thermoplastic vulcanizates
Disclosed are thermoplastic vulcanizates comprising a plastic phase and a rubber phase and process for preparing such thermoplastic vulcanizates, wherein the plastic phase comprises a thermoplastic polymer and the rubber phase comprises a carboxylated nitrile rubber.
THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITION
A thermoplastic composition including: a) 30-97 wt % of an aromatic polycarbonate; b) 0.5-25 wt % of a laser direct structuring additive; and c) 2-15 wt % of a methylmethacrylate butadiene styrene based rubber; d) 0.1-15 wt % of one or more conductive track adhesion agents selected from the group consisting of an organic phosphate, a phosphazene compound and a hypophosphorous acid metal salt, wherein a molded part of the composition provided with a conductive track made by a laser radiation and a subsequent metallization has a classification 0 as determined according to ISO2409:2013 after being subjected to conditions of 65 C. and 85% Relative Humidity for 24 hours.
