RESIN COMPOSITION AND RESIN MOLDED BODY
A resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, carbon fibers, glass fibers, a resin containing amide bonds and/or imide bonds, and a compatibilizer.
FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A fiber composite material includes mixed fibers including a plant fiber and an ultrahigh-strength elongation fiber and thermoplastic resin that binds the mixed fibers each other. The ultrahigh-strength elongation fiber has tensile modulus that is 4000 MPa or greater and is greater than tensile modulus of the thermoplastic resin and has tensile elongation at break that is greater than tensile elongation at break of the plant fiber.
CONDUCTIVE POLYMER DISPERSION LIQUID, ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
Disclosed is a method for producing an electrolytic capacitor, the method including the steps of: preparing an anode foil that includes a dielectric layer, a cathode foil, and a fiber structure; preparing a conductive polymer dispersion liquid that contains a conductive polymer component and a dispersion medium; producing a separator by applying the conductive polymer dispersion liquid to the fiber structure and then removing at least a portion of the dispersion medium; and producing a capacitor element by sequentially stacking the anode foil, the separator, and the cathode foil. The dispersion medium contains water. The fiber structure contains a synthetic fiber in an amount of 50 mass % or more. The fiber structure has a density of 0.2 g/cm.sup.3 or more and less than 0.45 g/cm.sup.3.
RESIN COMPOSITION AND RESIN MOLDED BODY
This resin composition includes: a polyolefin; carbon fibers having an average fiber length of 0.1 to 2.5 mm; a resin including at least one among an amide bond and an imide bond, the content of the resin with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin being greater than 20 parts by mass and less than or equal to 100 parts by mass; and a compatibilizer.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING PARTS MADE OF A COMPOSITE MATERIAL WITH REINFORCERS
A method of manufacturing a component made of composite material whereby the said component is obtained from a preform containing local reinforcers and a first resin of low viscosity. The method includes: creation of the said preform comprising a first fibrous material and the said local reinforcers being in the form of reinforcers formed of a second fibrous material having fibres of mechanical strength greater than that of the fibres of the first fibrous material, so that they exhibit an elastic modulus or breaking stress at least 30% higher than that of the fibres of the said first fibrous material, the said second fibrous material being pre-impregnated with a thermoplastic, acrylic or polyamide polymer second resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) above 80 C., the amount of polymer second resin being comprised between 25% and 60% by volume with respect to the total volume of the said second fibrous material.
COLLAGEN CONTAINING-PLASTIC MASTERBATCH, THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, THE PRODUCT THEREFROM, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A collagen containing-plastic masterbatch of which the composition includes a thermoplastic polymer and a collagen is provided, wherein the collagen is uniformly distributed in the thermoplastic polymer, and wherein in the collagen containing-plastic masterbatch, the collagen content is about 1-50 wt %. A collagen containing-plastic fiber formed by at least one kind of plastic masterbatch through melt spinning is further provided, wherein the at least one kind of plastic masterbatch includes the above-mentioned collagen containing-plastic masterbatch.
Cross-linked poly-E-lysine non-particulate support
The invention provides a non-particulate cross-linked poly--lysine polymer. The poly--lysine and cross linker are linked by amide bonds and may the cross linker has at least two functional groups capable of reacting with an alpha carbon amine of poly--lysine. The polymer is suitably insoluble in water and other solvents and is provided in macro form for example a sheet, article or fiber. The macro form polymer is useful in a wide range of applications including wound treatment, as a medical diagnostic comprising a particulate support and a functional material bound or retained by the support and solid phase synthesis of peptides, oligonucleotides, oligosaccharides, immobilisation of species, cell culturing and in chromatographic separation.
Polyethylene film
A novel modified treated porous polyethylene membrane is imbibed with a hydrophilic polymer and heat treated to form a film having improved hand and noise. The films are useful to produce articles, especially textile laminates that can form waterproof breathable apparel.
