Rubber composition for tire and studless tire using the same
A rubber composition for a tire, which does not require the addition of a compound when synthesizing rubber component and the modification of a rubber component, and a studless tire using the rubber composition are provided. The rubber composition for a tire contains fine particles of rotaxane having a straight chain molecule, a cyclic molecule clathrating the straight chain molecule and blocking groups arranged at both terminals of the straight chain molecule such that the cyclic molecule does not desorb from the straight chain molecule, covered with silica; a rubber component including natural rubber and butadiene rubber; and carbon black, wherein the total content of the fine particles and the carbon black is 30 to 60 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
Rubber-plastic composite foamed material
The rubber-plastic composite foamed material of the present invention is made by mixing and foaming a plurality of components including 100 parts by weight of rubber, 5-70 parts by weight of hollow glass microspheres, 2-25 parts by weight of carbon black, 10-40 parts by weight of softening oil, 10-30 parts by weight of sulfur ointment, 0.5-5 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0.5-10 parts by weight of crosslinking agent and 2-12 parts by weight of foaming agent. By including hollow glass microspheres into the composition, the rubber-plastic composite foamed material of the present invention exhibits better compression resistance and heat retention.
Rubber-plastic composite foamed material
The rubber-plastic composite foamed material of the present invention is made by mixing and foaming a plurality of components including 100 parts by weight of rubber, 5-70 parts by weight of hollow glass microspheres, 2-25 parts by weight of carbon black, 10-40 parts by weight of softening oil, 10-30 parts by weight of sulfur ointment, 0.5-5 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0.5-10 parts by weight of crosslinking agent and 2-12 parts by weight of foaming agent. By including hollow glass microspheres into the composition, the rubber-plastic composite foamed material of the present invention exhibits better compression resistance and heat retention.
NANOCELLULOSE/SURFACTANT COMPOSITE
The present invention provides nanocellulose/surfactant composites having excellent redispersibility in water and related compositions and methods, including methods for producing the composites. Included is a nanocellulose/surfactant composite containing a nanocellulose and a surfactant, the nanocellulose/surfactant composite having a moisture content of lower than 10%, the surfactant including an ionic surfactant having a weight average molecular weight of 3000 or more.

The rubber composition comprises a rubber component, and a rubber-metal adhesion promoter, where the rubber component comprises at least 10 parts by mass of NBR per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, the rubber-metal adhesion promoter comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a metal salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid (1) and a compound (2) having a specific structure.
