Acrylic rubber composition
An acrylic rubber composition comprising 0.05 to 3.0 parts by weight of a fluorine-containing compound having a melting point of 30 to 100° C., based on 100 parts by weight of acrylic rubber. The acrylic rubber composition that can improve the dispersibility of a processing aid in the compound and the rubber compound handling properties during open roll operation without using a silicone-based processing aid, which causes bleeding of vulcanizates, and that satisfies the various characteristics, such as dimensional stability and heat resistance, of vulcanizates.

More particularly, the thermoplastic resin composition includes a polycarbonate resin having a limited melt flow index, a polyorganosiloxane-polycarbonate resin, a vinyl cyanide compound-conjugated diene rubber-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer, a polyester resin and an epoxy group-containing copolymer in predetermined weight ratios.
Nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber
A nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber including 10 to 60 wt % of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit and 1 to 60 wt % of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoester monomer unit, and having an iodine value of 120 or less, wherein a processability index Ipro (Ipro=CC×SA) is 0.0030 or less, where the processability index Ipro is the product of the carboxyl group content CC, which is the number of moles of carboxyl groups per 100 g of nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber, and the absorbance area SA of a carboxylic anhydride group determined by infrared spectroscopy.

CROSS-LINKABLE NITRILE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND CROSS-LINKED RUBBER PRODUCT
A cross-linkable nitrile rubber composition contains a carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber, a resin, and a polyamine cross-linking agent. The content of the carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber is 30 parts by weight or more with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber and the resin. The cross-linkable nitrile rubber composition is obtained by performing kneading at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the resin.
